start, with the exception of IMPATIENT KID which was slow to begin. Shortly after the start, COCONUT LASS, STOP
THE IMAGE and MR. LEO collided, resulting in all greyhounds to be checked and
lose ground. Through the first turn,
COCONUT LASS, WESTGATE and SUPER CETTE collided, resulting in all greyhounds
to be checked and lose ground. MY
BOUQUET which was trailing was checked as a consequence and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the back straight,
WESTGATE and SUPER CETTE collide, resulting in both greyhounds to be checked
and lose ground. |

SKY RACING NOVICE
431M Even start, with the exception of SPORTS WRITER which was
marginally slow to begin. Through the
first turn, SNOWBALL CREED was tightened for racing room, shifted out and collided
heavily with TEN GALLON HAT, resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and
to lose ground. SPORTS WRITER, which
was trailing, was checked as a consequence and lost ground. Rounding the turn into the back straight,
CATCH ME KEITH was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Stewards advised trainer, Mr K Shedden, the greyhound
FONIC THUNDER would be charged under Rule 39 Weight Variation, 10 days. |

NOVICE 520M Even
start. Shortly after the start, DEMON
FURY was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. In the front straight, on the first
occasion, DRAW THE WHIP and WERINA LIGHTNING were tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. Approaching
the turn out of the front straight, VIENNA CALLING was tightened for racing
room, checked and lost ground.
Entering the back straight, DRAW THE WHIP was tightened for racing
room, checked and lost ground. In the
front straight during the run to the finish, VIENNA CALLING improved onto the
hind quarters of DEMON FURY, resulting in both greyhounds to checked and lose
ground. The greyhound
DEMON FURY underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have
suffered an injury to the off side hip and was stood down for a period of 10
days. |

5TH GRADE (1) 431M Even start.
Shortly after the start, FARMOR IMPACT and SPRING GARY collided,
resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. Approaching the turn into the back straight,
FARMOR IMPACT was tightened for racing room, shifted out and collided heavily
with SPRING GARY, resulting in both greyhounds to be severely checked and
lose considerable ground. Leaving the
back straight, ELEGANT DUK was tightened for racing room, shifted out and
collided heavily with RINGBARK MASON, resulting in both greyhounds to be
severely checked and to lose considerable ground. The greyhound SPRING GARY underwent a post race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound RINGBARK MASON underwent a post race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

start, MR MICKEY and IMA RUNAWAY collide, resulting in both greyhounds to be
checked and to lose ground. Rounding
the turn out of the front straight, IMARUNAWAY checked off heels and raced
wide. Entering the back straight, DISCO
DOLLY improved onto the heels of HOME LUCK and was momentarily hampered. |

CO 5TH GRADE FINAL Even start. Shortly after the start, SNOWBALL OTTO and
PRATER’S RECRUIT were tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. Rounding the turn out of the
front straight, FRIENDZ was tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. PRATER’S RECRUIT, SPORTFAN and
CYCLONE BARCI, which were all trailing, were checked as a consequence and
lost ground. Rounding the turn into
the back straight, PRATER’S RECRUIT and CYCLONE BARCI collide, resulting in CYCLONE
BARCI to be checked and to lose ground.
Leaving the back straight, SNOWBALL OTTO was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. Shortly
after, FRIENDZ improved on the hind quarters or WOOLOOGA, resulting in both
greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.

straight, HIPSTER was tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. Entering the back straight,
HONEY HORNET and FLAPPING GUMS collided, resulting in HONEY HORNET to be
checked and to lose ground.
Approaching the turn out of the back straight, OUTBACK STORM eased,
shifted in and made contact with the running rail and lost considerable
ground. HONEY HORNET, which was
trailing, was checked as a consequence and lost ground. The greyhound
OUTBACK STORM underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to
have suffered an injury to the off side hock and was stood down for a period
of 10 days. |

Shortly after the start, DAISY DREAM shifted out which tightened the
racing room of ELLY BYE BYE, COSMIC CAPERS and RAPID EXPLOSION, resulting in
all those greyhounds to checked and lose ground. Through the first turn, DOLLY’S WALLY and
CAPTAIN LOUIE collide, resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose
ground. Shortly after, CAPTAIN LOUIE
and ELLY BYE BYE collide, resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose
ground. Approaching the turn into the
back straight, CAPTAIN LOUIE was tightened for racing room, checked and lost

TIME MADDIE collide, resulting in THIS TIME MADDIE to be checked and lose
ground. Entering the back straight,
SWIFT NIMROD and ARDEN STREET collide, resulting in ARDEN STREET to be
checked and lose ground. Entering the
front straight, SWIFT NIMROD raced wide, which hampered the running of BIG
SHOW HAWKO and GALLON. |
