Race 2 – SKY RACING MAIDEN (2) 288m 1 Ruthless Rage – Severely checked in the 1st turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the off fore leg and stood down for 10 days. 2 Santorini Miss – Best away. 3 Power Point Diva – Checked, fell and gave no further competitive part in the race. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injuries. 4 Gotcha Gift – Severely checked, fell and gave no further competitive part in the race. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury. 6 Troy Of Orange – Checked in the 1st turn.
Race 3 – WWW.IPSWICHGREYHOUNDS.COM NOVICE 288m 1 Galway Diva – Shifted out and checked another runner and bumped on numerous occasion in the front straight. 2 Lot Sixty Six – Clipped heels, shifted out and checked another runner approaching the 1st turn. Stewards had concerns with the greyhound’s action in the front straight but could not be comfortably satisfied the greyhound had offended under any rules of racing and given the benefit of the doubt. 3 Mad Butterfly – Tightened for racing room approaching the 1st turn. 4 Tender Talk – Clipped heels approaching the 1st turn. Clipped heels approaching the turn into the front straight. 5 Pass The Sauce – Checked approaching the 1st turn. Checked leaving the 1st turn.
