General:

Due to Government advice around COVID-19, in accordance with GAR 51(10), the Stewards directed the Starter to box the greyhounds into the starting boxes in the following order, 1 & 5, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8 for all races.

Race 1 – TAB MAIDEN 2 431m

1 Rosdue Totem- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

 

2 Villa Lucky- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

 

3 Inga Alfie- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Collided with another runner on a number of occasions when attempting to race wider on the track down the back straight and was severely inconvenienced.

 

4 Lil Banshee- Tightened between runners shortly after the start and was checked. Collided with another runner in the back straight on a number of occasions and was severely inconvenienced.

 

5 My Bro Benji- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Contacted the heels of another runner entering the turn out of the back straight and was checked.

 

8 Paradise Shark- Very slow to begin.

 

Race 2 – SKY RACING NOVICE 2 431m

3 Maggie Moo Moo- Bumped with anther runner immediately after the start.

 

4 Medicine Woman- Bumped with anther runner immediately after the start.

 

6 Night Shift- Slow to begin.

 

8 Mitchell Street- Quick to begin.

1 Terror Turtle- Quick to begin.

 

3 Why Catcher- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked wider on the track. Immediately after collided with another runner and was checked. 

 

5 Blazing Penske- Had its heels contacted when racing through the first turn and was checked.

 

6 Cheeky Nando- Slow to muster. 

 

7 Blazing Bobby- Bumped by another runner approaching the first turn and was forced wider on the track. Collided with another runner though the first turn and was checked losing further ground. Inconvenienced when entering the home straight.

 

8 Farmor Fabio- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked. Severely checked again when racing through the first turn and became momentarily unbalanced. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no significant findings. Stewards requested Mr Mcuiness inform the stewards pursuant to GAR75(2) should anything that might have a bearing on past or future running of Farmor Fabio come to notice of the trainer after the greyhound has left the course, it shall be reported to the stewards as soon as practicable. 

 

Race 4 – DOVER & SONS 0-3 WINS 3 630m

1 Any Credit Yetta- Tightened for room entering the first turn and was checked.

 

2 Bekim Express- Slow to begin.

 

3 Pearlie Queen- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

 

5 Cool Talk- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

 

6 Miss Imperious- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Weakened in the home straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the near side pin muscle and was stood down for 10 days.

 

7 Annika- Forced to race wide through the first turn to avoid interference.

 

Race 5 – MCNAMARA LAW MIXED 4/5 2 520m

1 Maywyn Ulysses- Slipped immediately after the start and bumped with another runner. Contacted the heels of another runner entering the first turn and checked wider on the track, immediately after collided heavily with Cooper Dooper.

 

2 Bago Bluff- Inconvenienced when entering the home straight.

 

3 One Two Win- Quick to begin.

 

5 Molly Anne- Contacted heels entering the turn out of the back straight and was checked.

 

6 Scanlon- Had its heels contacted entering the first turn and was checked.

 

7 Cooper Dooper- Collided with another runner through the first turn, was severely checked and forced wider on the track. Inconvenienced when racing through the turn into the home straight.

 

8 Power Point Diva- Inconvenienced entering the back straight. Contacted heels entering the turn out of the back straight and was checked.

1 Split Sound- Quick to begin.

 

2 Passing Nova- Slow to begin.

 

5 Squawking Squaw- Inconvenienced approaching the first turn.

 

7 Gentleman Jack- Collided with another runner approaching the first turn and was checked. Raced wide throughout.

 

8 Logan Storm- Collided with another runner approaching the first turn and was checked. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the off side hip support and as stood down for a period of 10 days.

 

Race 7 – WHITE ROSE BOARDING KENNELS GRADE 5 2 520m

1 Hoof It Hank- Quick to begin.

 

2 Cash Trail- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked. Shifted wider on the track when racing through the turn out of the back straight to avoid interference.

 

3 Sheer Passion- Collided with another runner entering the turn out of the back straight and was checked.

 

4 Floral Lace- Shifted out immediately after the start. Collided with another runner entering the turn out of the back straight and was checked. Bumped with another runner approaching the finish line. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the near side hip and was stood down for a period of 10 days. Stewards spoke with trainers representative Mr G Hall regarding Floral Lace’s action in the run to the finish when outside of Open My Mail, after considering all available evidence stewards could not be satisfied that Floral Lace had offended under any rules of racing. No further action was taken.  

 

5 Jayville Tuxedo- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked.

 

6 In And Out- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked. Contacted the heels of another runner entering the turn out of the back straight and was checked.

 

7 Morris The Great- Bumped entering the first turn.

 

8 Open My Mail- Bumped with anther runner approaching the finish line. 

 

Race 8 – TAB 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 2 520m

1 Dark Bandit- Quick to begin.

 

2 Dark Zorro- Bumped with another runner immediately after the start.

 

3 Pump It- Bumped with another runner immediately after the start. Shifted out to race wider on the track in the home straight.

 

4 Zipping Blondie- Bumped with another runner immediately after the start.

 

5 Mini Sox- Collided with another runner when racing through the first turn and was severely checked.

 

6 Hara's Bacon- Inconvenienced shortly after the start. Collided with another runner when racing through the first turn and was severely checked. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no significant findings. Stewards requested Ms Daley inform the stewards pursuant to GAR75(2) should anything that might have a bearing on past or future running of Hara’s Bacon come to notice of the trainer after the greyhound has left the course, it shall be reported to the stewards as soon as practicable. 

 

7 Major Rose- Collided with another runner when racing through the first turn and was severely checked. Checked off heels entering the back straight. Stewards requested Mrs Russell inform the stewards pursuant to GAR75(2) should anything that might have a bearing on past or future running of Major Rose come to notice of the trainer after the greyhound has left the course, it shall be reported to the stewards as soon as practicable.  

 

8 Sir Pantsalot- Had its heels contacted when racing through the first turn and was checked.

2 Columbian King- Quick to begin.

 

3 Stitched Up Flo- Contacted the heels of another runner when racing through the first turn and was checked.

 

4 Maywyn Cash- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

 

5 Tender Talk- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Tightened for room against the rail when approaching the turn out of the back straight and was inconvenienced.

 

6 Good Vibrations- Slow to begin.

 

7 Miss Grasscutter- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Tightened for room against the rail when approaching the turn out of the back straight and was inconvenienced. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the off side hock ligaments and was stood down for a period of 14 days.

 

Race 10 – OWNER OF YEAR 2010-TEAMPLAY SYND GRADE 5 2 431m

2 Aerobic Zone- Bumped with another runner approaching the first turn.

 

3 Spring Pirate- Tightened between runners approaching the first turn and was checked. Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Contacted the heels of another runner in the back straight and was checked.

 

4 Vinnia Bale- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Had its heels contacted in the back straight and was checked.

 

5 Rock On Roxy- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Collided with another runner entering the back straight and was checked.

 

7 Pre Cruise- Quick to begin.

 

8 Kravitz- Slow to begin. Raced wide throughout.
