General: Stewards enforced the hot weather policy for today’s meeting, prior to the start of kennelling. Races 8,9 and10 were pushed back one timeslot due to an electrical storm in the local area.       

Race 1 - TAB MAKE A DATE WITH PLAY MDNPW 431m

2 Riewoldt – Slow to begin.

3 Donny Darcy – Shifted out and collided with another runner shortly after the start.

4 National Cheer – Bumped with another runner shortly after the start.

5 Morton's Jilliby – Bumped with another runner shortly after the start.

6 Auriga Lucille – Checked approaching the first turn and became momentarily unbalanced and lost ground.

7 Radiant Raccoon – Marginally slow to begin.

8 Hear The Bells – Raced wide in the back straight.

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN 431m

3 Fire Fly Elvis - Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Bumped with another runner through the first turn and lost ground. Tightened for room and lost ground leaving the back straight.

6 Jedi Return – Marginally slow to begin. Ran wide on the turn into the back straight.

7 Oh My – Clipped the heels of another runner approaching the turn into the home straight and lost forward momentum.

8 Becker Texada – Improved on to the heels of another runner leaving the turn into the back straight and was checked and lost ground.

9 Light The Gas (1) – Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Bumped on the hind quarters through the first turn and lost ground.

10 Aerobic System (2) - Bumped with another runner and became momentarily unbalanced into the first turn and lost ground.

1 Call Me Rip – Shifted outwards from behind heels when entering the back straight and then was galloped on it’s heels by a trailing runner and lost ground.

2 Pokie Change - Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Checked off the heels of another runner approaching the first turn.

3 Maddison - Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked and lost ground. Improved onto the heels of another runner when entering the back straight.

4 My Bro Oreo - Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked and lost ground. Checked off the heels of another runner entering the front straight.

5 Jayville Hope – Bumped with another runner shortly after the start

6 Spring Lilli – Tightened for racing room on the first turn and bumped with another runner.

10 Patricia's Pride (7) – Checked off the heels of another runner through the first turn and lost ground.

Race 4 - DOVER & SONS NOVICE (1) 431m

1 Gun's Son – Marginally slow to begin. Shifted out on the first turn and bumped with another runner.

2 Paw To Floor – Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Tightened for room, checked and lost ground approaching the home turn. Shortly after was clipped by the heels of another runner and lost further ground.

4 Cawbourne Bonnie - Bumped another runner shortly after the start. Tightened for racing room approaching the turn off the back straight, making heavy contact with the running rail and losing considerable ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury.

5 Euroa Avondale – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and lost ground. Improved on to the heels of another runner approaching the turn off the back straight.

6 My Psychiatrist – Bumped with another runner approaching the first turn.

Race 5 - BEENLEIGH LEGAL NOVICE (2) 431m

1 Sweet Indie – Tightened for room through the first turn then checked outwards, colliding with multiple runners resulting in the greyhound being severely checked and losing considerable ground.

3 Dark Angel – Galloped on through the first turn and was severely checked and lost considerable ground.

4 Auriga Rachel – Checked off the heels of another runner and lost ground through the first turn. Tightened for room and checked leaving the back straight.

5 Rather Snazzy - Checked off heels of another runner and lost ground through the first turn.

7 Allonsy To Paris – Tightened for room, checked and lost ground through the first turn.

8 Mutton's Mates- Shifted inwards and bumped with another runner through the first turn and was checked and lost ground.

1 Ear Piercing – Tightened for racing room on the first turn and was checked and lost ground.

2 Super Normal – Bumped with another runner approaching the first turn and was checked and lost ground. Checked off the heels of another runner on the turn out of the back straight and lost ground.

3 Spring Jasper – Tightened for racing room approaching the first turn and bumped with another runner.

4 Sandy Keybow – Raced wide in the back straight and continued to race wide for the remainder of the event.

5 Hopeful Nan – Shifted in on the first turn and bumped with another runner and lost forward momentum.

8 Dream A Lot – Marginally slow to begin. Raced wide on the turn into the home straight.

9 Diesel's Charlie (6) – Shifted in on the first turn colliding with several other runners and lost ground.

Race 7 - BODHI INK TATTOO GALLERY MIXED 4/5 431m

1 Ringbark Jen – Bumped with another runner several times leaving the first turn.

2 Hopeful Cyndie – Bumped with another approaching the first turn.

3 Villa Lucky – Slow to begin. Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight and lost ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the offside pin muscle and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

4 Aerobic Tank – Bumped with another runner several times leaving the first turn and lost ground.

5 Good Vibrations – Slow to begin.

6 Spring Evie – Bumped with another runner approaching the first turn.

7 Lanark Blue – Bumped with another runner in the first turn. Bumped with another runner on the turn into the back straight and was checked and lost ground.

The start of this event was delayed due to a local electrical storm. Stewards conducted a track inspection after the storm passed and deemed it satisfactory for racing.

1 Bye Clown Town – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the home turn.

2 Any Credit Yetta – Slow to begin.

3 Power Point Diva – Bumped with another runner shortly after the start.

4 Glitter Strip – Slow to begin.

5 Positive Gearing – Shifted in shortly after the start and bumped with another runner. Clipped heels of another runner and became momentarily unbalanced through the first turn.

7 Burns Like Gas – Slow to begin.

Race 9 - TAB BEST 8 431m

4 Dynamite Hope – Tightened for racing room approaching the turn off the back straight and lost ground.

6 We Get It – Shifted in entering the front straight and bumped with another runner.

8 Little Ferrari - Clipped the heels of another runner in the front straight and was checked and lost ground.

Race 10 - GIDDY-UP GRADE 5 (2) 431m

2 Spring Dani – Checked off the heels of another runner in the back straight and lost ground.

3 Rattie's Lass – Checked approaching the turn off the back straight and lost considerable ground.

4 Sienna's Ace – Checked off the heels of another runner in the first turn.

7 Shian Huey – Slow to begin.
