Race Reports

 

Race 1 – WAYNE CLIFFORD | MAIDEN | 407m

 

MAUI BEACH was slow to begin.

MASTER CARD and HARA’S DASH bumped at the start.

In the back straight LONG SHOTS checked off the back of RICHO”S MISS and when losing ground has severely hampered ARE JAY JEAN who was trailing the pair.

MARYBURRA MARVEL shifted out wide in the home straight.

ARE JAY JEAN was sent to the veterinary surgeon to be vetted and no abnormalities were found.

 

 

Race 2– THE CHASE MAGAZINE | 5th Grade (1) | 407m

 

MISS WILDWEST and HARRY HARKS were both slow into stride and bumped shortly after the start.

 

Race 3 – WENDY MULRY TRAVEL | 5PW | 407m

 

BETTA BE BUNDY was slow to begin.

JIMMY’S REWARD and BEETOWN ROSEY were the slowest to begin.

Approaching the first turn MADAM CAMBLA shifted out and bumped heavily with JIMMY’S REWARD resulting in both greyhounds losing ground.

Leaving the back straight BEETOWN ROSEY checked off the back of BOYS ZARR BOYS and when doing so has hampered JIMMY’S REWARD severely.

JIMMY’S REWARD was sent to the veterinary surgeon to be vetted and no abnormalities were found.

 

Race 4 – ACCELL THERAPY | 3rd & 4th GRADE MIXED | 407m

 

BONITTO was slow to begin.

BILLY CONGO and SHILOH RANCH bumped at the start,

Approaching the first turn HAPPY PANTERA shifted out sharply hampering BILLY CONGO and SHILOH RANCH.

Leaving the back straight HAPPY PANTERA shifted in checking SHILOH RANCH.

TAJO raced wide for the majority.

SHILOH RANCH was sent to the veterinary surgeon to be vetted and no abnormalities were found.

 

Race 5 – SANDAL WELDING | 5th GRADE (2) | 407m

 

Clean start

Approaching the first turn HIGHWAY GIRL was checked by FIESTY SENORITA when it shifted in.

STILTED CHATTER and VELOCITY KYINKA bumped going around the first turn resulting in VELOCITY KYINKA checking and losing ground.

STILTED CHATTER and VELOCITY KYINKA bumped coming around the home turn.

HIGHWAY GIRL raced wide for the majority.

 

 

 

Race 6 – GARRARDS HORSE AND HOUND | 4th GRADE | 407m

 

OPPORTUNITY SIX and MY KIDS TUITION were both slow into stride.

MAGIC BENZ and SNAP ONE OFF bumped going around the first turn resulting SNAP ONE OFF losing considerable ground and finishing the race well back.

OPPORTUNITY SIX raced wide for the majority.

SNAP ONE OFF was sent to the veterinary surgeon to be vetted and only minor lacerations were found.

 

Race 7 – DINKY DI WEBB DESIGN | 5th GRADE | 510m

 

IRONPOT SMASH was slow into stride.

IRISH SPICE checked outwards across the back of CRACKERJACK RUBY going the first turn.

CRACKERJACK RUBY checked off the back of GRACIOUS LADY approaching the second turn.

IRONPOT SMASH raced wide throughout.

FIVE FORTY raced wide for the majority.

 

Race 8 – ROCKY WEED AND FEED | BEST 8 | 407m

 

RED JAMIE was extremely slow to begin.

EDGY and PROSPECT bumped at the start.

DANCE WITH WOLF was checked by FAWN ERUPTOR entering the back straight.

RIFF was checked by EDGY going around the first turn then raced wide for the remainder.

 

Race 9 – DYNAMIC ELECTRICAL | 5th GRADE (3) | 407m

 

WILBY AWESOME was extremely slow to begin.

HARA’S SKYLAH and MYSTERIOUS ROSE bumped approaching the first turn.

Leaving the back straight ALL MIGHT checked SNOWBALL SHIRL when shifting in.
