Race 1 - NEWSXPRESS RICHARDSON ROADMAIDEN 407m 1 Crown Zindy, shifted out and bumped another runner shortly after the start, in the home straight slowed noticeably and shifted inwards towards other runners, was sent for a post race veterinary examination and no abnormalities were found. Trainer Andrew Suli was advised that Crown Zindy was barred from racing for 28 days for failing to pursue the lure with due commitment and the greyhound must also pass a satisfactory stewards trial before returning to racing. 2 Red Claire, was bumped by another runner shortly after the start, shifted out sharply and bumped heavily with another runner coming around the home turn. 3 Frankie Carlo, was bumped heavily by another runner coming around the home turn. 7 Spring Napa, was extremely slow to begin, commenced to lose ground shortly after leaving the back straight, was sent for a post race veterinary examination and no abnormalities were found.
Race 2 – ROCKY FEED AND SEED NOVICE 407m 1 Peppa Jewel, checked and lost ground going around the first turn. 2 Xork Allen, checked and lost ground going around the first turn. 5 Olivia's Opal, raced wide throughout. 7 Limerick Prince, bumped with another runner at the start. 8 Diesel Magic, bumped with another runner at the start.
Race 3 – PATLAW SECURITIESGRADE 5 (1) 407m The start of Race 3 was delayed by 5 minutes due to new year fireworks going off in the vicinity of the racecourse, all greyhounds were checked by the veterinary surgeon and cleared to start. Also all trainers were satisfied for the greyhounds to start in the event. 2 Miss Maia, was slow to begin and raced extremely wide around the home turn. 3 Red Brianna, checked and lost ground going around the first corner. 4 Special System, raced wide throughout. 7 Zipping Martha, was sent for a post race veterinary examination and no abnormalities were found. 8 Music Maestro, was slow into stride.
Race 4 – COUNTRY CUP HEATOPEN 510m 1 Are Jay Lochie, raced wide throughout. 5 Bush Soldier, was slightly slow to begin. 7 Tuta Sherry, raced wide throughout.
Race 5 – DYNAMIC ELECTRICALGRADE 5 (2) 407m 2 Jimmy's Reward, was slow into stride and checked off heels in the back straight. 4 Longhill Lad, raced wide throughout. 7 Speed Action, was checked going around the first turn.
Race 6 – DINKY DI WEB DESIGNGRADE 5 (3) 407m 1 Stilted Chatter, checked and lost ground going around the first turn. 5 Koda Keeper, raced wide throughout. 6 Birmingham Lass, checked and lost ground going around the first turn. 8 Master Card, checked and lost ground in the back straight
Race 7 – WENDY MULRY TRAVELMIXED 3/4 407m 4 Bet On Betty, was checked and lost ground going around the first corner and checked off of heels leaving the back straight. 6 Long Shots, was slow into stride and checked coming around the home turn. 7 Apollo's Warrior, was slow to begin and checked going around the first corner.
Race 8 – DIPLOCKS COLLISION REPAIR CENTREBEST 8 407m 1 Velocity Agnetha, checked and lost ground approaching the first corner after shifting out and bumping heavily with another runner. 2 Happy Pantera, was checked approaching the first corner when bumped by another runner. 3 Dude Of Duds, raced wide for the majority. 4 Digger's Cove, was slow to begin 5 Red Jamie, was slow to begin 8 Over Time, was slow to begin
Race 9 – TABGRADE 4 407m 2 Cisco Sniper, was slow to begin. 4 Hayley's Rocket, was checked going around the first corner. 5 Crown Xena, was slow into stride.
