Race 1 – TAB MAIDEN 407m

 

2 Akimbo, checked heavily in the back straight and dropped out, as a result finished the race well back. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

 

3 Hooked On In, was marred by another runner shortly after leaving the back straight and coming around the home turn.

 

4 Systems Down, checked going around the first turn.

 

5 Pang, turned its head outwards shortly after leaving the back straight and coming around the home turn. Stewards spoke with the trainers representative Stephen Essery regarding the racing manners of Pang shortly after leaving the back straight and coming around the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Pang was charged with marring first offence. Pang was barred from racing for 28 days and must perform a satisfactory trial before any future nomination will be accepted.

 

6 Broombrae Blaze, slow to begin.

 

7 Rev Up Rusty, slow to begin and checked and lost ground going around the first turn.

 

9 Ninetymile Kobe (8), slow to begin.

 

 

Race 2 - SKY RACING NOVICE 407m

 

 

4 Ange's Girl, slow to begin.

 

5 Yuri Magic, entering the back straight dipped and lost ground.

 

6 Farmor Bends, slow to begin.

 

7 Zac The Black, checked out off heels shortly after leaving the back straight.  

 

9 Ky’s Dream (2), in the back straight was checked in the hind legs and lost considerable ground and raced wide for the majority.

 

 

 

 

Race 3 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MA5 407m

 

3 Sienna's Ace, was bumped by another runner in the home straight.

 

4 Really Royal, was hampered going around the first turn and was bumped by another runner leaving the back straight, in the home straight slowed and turned towards the inside. Stewards spoke with the trainer David Raines regarding the racing manners of Really Royal in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124 Really Royal was charged with failing to pursue first offence. Really Royal was barred from racing for 28 days and must perform a satisfactory trial before any future nomination will be accepted.

 

6 Farmor Saloons, leaving the back straight checked off another runner and lost ground.

 

 

Race 4 - DIPLOCK'S COLLISION REPAIR CENTRE MIXED 4/5 407m

 

1 Velocity Cazau, was checked in the hind legs going around the first turn.

 

2 Flat Tyre, going around the first turn checked heavily off the hind legs of Velocity Cazau, in doing so has resulted in colliding heavily with Scandalise resulting in both runners falling heavily. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

 

3 Good Boy Lloyd, very slow to begin.

 

4 Scandalise, going around the first corner collided heavily with Flat Tyre resulting in falling heavily, a post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

 

7 Daisy Cousins, coming around the home turn was checked heavily by another runner.   

 

8 Swift Anna, coming around the home turn shifted out and bumped heavily with another runner.

 

 

Race 5 - ROCKY FEED & SEED GRADE 5 (1) 407m

 

1 Fat Jack, checked and lost ground in the back straight.  

 

4 Our Anneeka, checked and lost ground in the back straight and raced wide for the majority.

 

5 Mean Niece, very slow to begin, showed no pace throughout the race, a post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Trainer Andrew Suli was advised a warning would be placed on Mean Neice for an unsatisfactory performance.

 

7 Dr. Kammi, raced wide throughout.

 

 

Race 6 - NEWSXPRESS RICHARDSON ROAD GRADE 5 (2) 407m

 

1 Sunset Bardot, checked and lost ground entering the back straight.

 

2 Aston Mateo, checked and lost ground entering the back straight.  

 

3 Saron, raced wide for the majority.

 

4 Tralee Tristan, slow to begin.

 

5 Invictus Yana, dropped out over the concluding stages, a post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. In the back straight slowed and turned towards the outside. Stewards spoke with the trainer Darren Taylor regarding the racing manners of Invictus Yana in the back straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124, Invictus Yana was charged with failing to pursue first offence. Invictus Yana was barred from racing for 28 days and must perform a satisfactory trial before any future nomination will be accepted.

 

6 Tiffany Twisted, slow to begin.

 

7 Annabelle Rocks, slow to begin.

 

 

Race 7 - DINKY DI WEB DESIGN GRADE 4 407m

 

3 Rosa's Memory, checked and lost ground entering the back straight.

 

5 Velocity Tamika, checked and lost ground entering the back straight.

 

6 Aston Rupiah, raced very wide for the second half of the race.

 

7 Next Stop, checked and lost ground leaving the back straight.

 

8 Won't Win Larson, very slow to begin.

 

 

Race 8 - WENDY MULRY TRAVEL GRADE 5 510m

 

1 Redeemer's Kid, slow to begin and coming around the home turn shifted out and bumped another runner.

 

6 Mean Sam, slow to begin.

 

7 Angel Harks, bumped with another runner shortly after the start and bumped again with another runner going around the first turn. Was checked coming around the home turn.

 

8 Friend Lee's Boy, bumped with another runner shortly after the start and bumped again with another runner going around the first turn. Was hampered coming around the home turn when another runner shifted out.

 

 

Race 9 – TAB GRADE 5 (3) 407m

 

1 Velocity Justice, entering the back straight shifted out and bumped another runner.

 

2 Hidden Haze, entering the back straight was bumped by another runner and raced wide for the majority.

 

6 Nomad Road, extremely slow to begin and raced wide throughout.

 

 

Race 10 - SKY RACING GRADE 5 (4) 407m

 

2 Mystical Zeal, in the back straight was checked in the hind legs and lost considerable ground.  In the home straight bumped with another approaching the finish line slowed and turned its head inwards. A post-race veterinary examination revealed swelling and bruising to both hind legs and was stood down for 10 days. Stewards spoke with the trainer Andrew Wooler regarding the racing manners of Mystical Zeal in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125(a), Mystical Zeal was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mystical Zeal must perform a satisfactory trial before any future nomination will be accepted.

 

4 Farmor Toyota's, checked and lost ground in the back straight.

 

5 Disney Cool, checked and lost ground entering the back straight and checked out off heels in the back straight.

 

7 Hypo Harry, very slow to begin.

 

8 Kooky Loopy, checked and lost ground in the back straight and was bumped by another runner in the home straight.
