Race 1 - TAB MAIDEN 407m

 

1 Chase Me Chopper, checked and lost ground leaving the back straight, then shifted out wide. Was hampered approaching the finish line.

 

2 Rev Up Rusty, checked and lost ground going around the first turn.

 

3 Ninetymile Kobe, slow to begin.

 

5 Greysynd Hero, bumped with another runner entering the home straight.

 

8 Rosa's Routine, very slow to begin and checked out across hind legs coming around the home turn.

 

 

Race 2 - SKY RACING NOVICE 407m

 

2 White Bull, going around the first turn checked heavily and lost considerable ground. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

 

6 Fleur De Belle, commenced to drop out leaving the back straight and raced wide down the home straight. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

 

8 Raven On Koby, checked and lost ground going around the first turn.

 

 

Race 3 - ROCKHAMPTON YOUNG GUNS HEAT 1 OPEN 407m

 

1 Spot On Lads, slow away.

 

2 Air Supply, slow away.

 

3 Guru Bart , checked and lost ground at the end of the back straight.

 

4 Exit Plan, checked and lost ground entering the back straight.

 

6 Tennessee Betty, was checked in the back straight.

 

8 Be Like Oliver, checked and lost ground at the end of the back straight.

 

 

Race 4 - ROCKHAMPTON YOUNG GUNS HEAT 2 OPEN 407m

 

3 Pereira, bumped with another runner entering the back straight and bumped with another runner coming around the home turn.

 

4 Yuri Magic, slow to begin and was hampered going around the first turn.

 

7 Ring Me, bumped with another runner entering the back straight and bumped with another runner coming around the home turn.  

 

8 Bank Heist, slow to begin.

 

 

Race 5 - ROCKHAMPTON YOUNG GUNS HEAT 3 OPEN 407m

 

2 Spot On Ginger, slow to begin, checked and lost ground entering the back straight.

 

3 Saron, slow to begin and checked and lost ground entering the back straight and raced wide for the majority.

 

4 Zipping Fern, slow to begin and raced wide down the home straight.

 

7 Castaway Girl, checked and lost ground entering the back straight.

 

 

Race 6 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MIXED 4/5 407m

 

4 Mean Sam, slow to begin and leaving the back straight was checked heavily resulting in losing considerable ground. A race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

 

7 Dr. Xena, slow to begin and bumped with another runner coming around the home turn.

 

8 Wildash Izzy, bumped with another runner coming around the home turn.

 

 

Race 7 - DIPLOCK'S COLLISION REPAIR CENTRE GRADE 4 407m

 

1 Velocity Nora, raced wide down the home straight.

 

2 Another Day, slow to begin.

 

3 Hear Footsteps, turned its head outwards shortly after leaving the back straight and coming around the home turn and in the home straight. Stewards spoke with the trainer Raymond Young regarding the racing manners of Hear Footsteps after leaving the back straight and coming around the home turn and in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Hear Footsteps was charged with marring first offence. Hear Footsteps was barred from racing for 28 days and must perform a satisfactory trial before any future nomination will be accepted.

 

4 Red Card Bob, was marred by another runner coming around the home turn and down the home straight.

 

7 Velocity Tamika, slow to begin and checked and lost ground in the back straight.

 

8 Erskin Boy, slow to begin.

 

 

Race 8 - ROCKY FEED & SEED GRADE 5 510m

 

2 Prosecutor, slow to begin bumped with another runner near the finish line.

 

3 Shian Ned, bumped with another runner near the finish line.

 

4 Angel Harks, raced wide for the majority.

 

6 County Mist, slow to begin, bumped with another runner shortly after the start and raced wide throughout.

 

7 Queen Norma, bumped with another runner shortly after the start.

 

8 Floyd's Fury, slow to begin and raced wide for the majority.

 

 

Race 9 - DINKY DI WEB DESIGN BEST 8 407m

 

1 Swift Twitch, checked and lost ground in the back straight.

 

6 Zipping Elf, slow to begin.

 

4 Canary Wharf, raced wide throughout.

 

 

Race 10 - WENDY MULRY TRAVEL GRADE 5 (1) 407m

 

1 Dr. Kammi, approaching the home turn checked out off hind legs and was pushed wide entering the home straight.

 

2 Suited It, slow to begin.

 

3 Redeemer's Kid, slow to begin.  

 

4 Nomad Road, very slow to begin and raced very wide in the early and middle stages.

 

6 Public Servant, slow to begin.  

 

8 Our Anneeka, slow to begin.

 

 

Race 11 - NEWSXPRESS RICHARDSON ROAD GRADE 5 (2) 407m

 

1 Tralee Tristan, shifted out coming around the home turn and raced wide in the home straight.

 

4 Daisy Cousins, entering the back straight was checked heavily in the hind legs resulting in losing considerable ground. A post race veterinary examination revealed a lumbar back strain and trainer Ken Boody was advised Daisy Cousins was stood down from racing for 10 days.

 

5 Zac The Black, slow to begin and raced wide for the majority.

 

6 Paddy Harks, slow to begin, checked out off hind legs approaching the home turn, raced wide for the majority.

 

8 Double Espresso, slow to begin.

 

 

Race 12 – TAB MA5 407m

 

1 Dinah Shian, checked and lost ground in the back straight. A post race veterinary examination revealed a lumbar back strain and trainer Paul Burgess was advised Dinah Shian was stood down from racing for 10 days.

 

4 Dr. Perry, dropped out after leaving the back straight. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

 

6 Until Late, slow to begin.

 

8 Won't Win Larson, slow to begin.

Trials

Swift Anna, FTP injured, passed a satisfactory trial over 510 metres in the time of 30.00.
