ANGLISS MEATS TOWNSVILLE MAIDEN 380M

FLO’S CHICKEN was the best to begin.  ROCKET’S BUDDY was tightened for racing room and lost ground shortly after the start.  MR. CANNA improved on to the heels of TARA ROSE approaching the turn out of the back straight resulting in both greyhounds losing ground.  MR. CANNA raced wide on the turn into the front straight.  ROCKET’S BUDDY and DREAM WEAVER bumped entering the front straight.

FV ARUNTA NOVICE 380M

Trainer H. Ardle was fined $50 under the provisions of GAR 39.1 for presenting POPPY CHOOKY to race with a weight variation outside the requirements of the Rules of Greyhound Racing.  POPPY CHOOKY was a late scratching from the race.

 

The start was delated 4 minutes due to interstate harness racing.  Even start with ARTHUR’S STEVIE and SLIDING DOORS slow to begin.  ARTHUR’S STEVIE checked off the heels of SILVER MOUSE and lost some ground on the turn out of the back straight.  COOL DE BEERS and CALL ME DORY raced wide in the front straight.

MIGGINS RACING 4/5th GRADE HEAT 1 380M

The start of the race was delayed 4 minutes due to interstate harness racing.

 

Even start with OLD MATERIAL and MISS LARDIE DA marginally slow to begin.  MISS LARDIE DA was tightened for racing room and lost some ground after turning out of the back straight.  HUCKABEE and WINNIE’S ROSE bumped entering the front straight resulting in WINNIE’S ROSE becoming unbalanced and losing ground.

Even start with FROM THE TAP slow to begin.  TRISHA NOLAN checked off FULMINATION and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight.  DIAMOND FIESTA raced wide in the front straight.

FROST & SPARK ELECTRICAL 5th GRADE 498M

Even start with GO GWAN slow to begin.  General tightening occurred on the first turn after the start resulting in RIFF losing ground.  ASA EL CHAPPO was tightened for racing room and lost ground entering the back straight.  RIFF and FIRE TO RAIN bumped entering the front straight resulting in both greyhounds losing ground.  INNOCENT MAN and RIFF raced wide in the front straight.

The start of the race was delayed 2 minutes due to interstate harness racing.

 

BURNER BANT was the best to begin.  BROTHER ROB and ARTS were slow to begin.  NO NOT ME checked across the heels of ZIPPING OUTLAW on the turn into the back straight causing interference to BROTHER ROB.  BROTHER ROB and RONRAY BULLET bumped entering the front straight.

AMY’S ELITE was the best to begin.  BACK STREET BOY was tightened for racing room and lost ground shortly after the start.  THEY WATCH raced wide into the front straight.

INTERGRATED MAINTENANCE SOLUTIONS 4/5th GRADE HEAT 3 380M

Even start.  LEAD CONTENDER and DASHING DIME were tightened for racing room and lost ground shortly after the start.  GAGAN NANCY was tightened for racing room and lost ground in the back straight.  LEAD CONTENDER checked off the heels of ZIPPING CARLTON and lost ground prior to turning out of the back straight.  MISS GRAND THEFT checked off DUSKY SILK and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight causing interference to ZIPPING CARLTON.  TRAVELLIN’ MAN and UNIVERSAL ONE bumped on the turn into the front straight.  UNIVERSAL ONE shifted out entering the front straight bumping DUSKY SILK resulting in both greyhounds becoming unbalanced and losing ground causing interference to GAGAN NANCY.

BROOK GROUP 4/5th GRADE HEAT 4 380M

GOJO MOJO was the best to begin.  MAYWYN ACCOLADES and POUNCING LILIE were slow to begin.  ALL FUELED UP checked off the heels of NATTY’S ON FIRE and lost considerable ground on the turn out of the back straight causing interference to POUNCING LILIE.  DILSTON BRAE was tightened for racing room and lost ground prior to turning into the front straight.  DILSTON BRAE shifted out across the heels of TOES and bumped NATTY’S ON FIRE entering the front straight.

Even start.  KORCHECK was tightened for racing room and lost ground shortly after the start.  SAINT’S CHARM and RUBY’S MAGIC bumped on the turn out of the back straight resulting in RUBY’S MAGIC losing considerable ground.  COOPER’S LESSON and KORCHECK bumped entering the front straight resulting in KORCHECK becoming unbalanced causing interference to BERISHA and SAINT’S CHARM
