Even start with BREEASH MAGIC and BUTCHULLA
MAGIC slow to begin
KIOWA SHADOW was tightened for racing room and
lost ground shortly after the start.
KING GUTHO raced wide in the front straight.
LEGS O’REILLY and MOE HEIGHTS bumped in the
front straight resulting in some inconvenience to both greyhounds.
Race 2 – TGRC COMMITTEE MIXED 4/5TH GRADE – 380M
KENNA
was the best to begin.
BANJO
AN’ HENRY was tightened for racing room and lost ground shortly after the
start.
LOUIE
VEE was tightened for racing room and lost ground prior to turning out of the
back straight.
FANCY
A BEER checked off the heels of BREAKER CHARLIE prior to turning into the front
straight resulting in both greyhounds losing ground.

A BEER underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries
were found.

TONIGHT checked off OLD MATE KICK and lost ground in the back straight.

resulting in both greyhounds losing ground.

FOR MICK checked off TWICE AS NOISY and lost ground on the turn into the front
straight.

and ASA ABBANDANDO losing ground.

STREET BOY checked off LOGICAL OPTION and lost ground approaching the turn out
of the back straight.

shifted out on the turn into the front straight bumping MADAGASTER and forcing
that greyhound wide.

FABRIQUE knuckled over
and lost ground shortly after the start.
FARINGDON checked off
FIRE TO RAIN and lost ground on the turn into the back straight.
SOFT SAND checked off
BIG BAD BOB and lost ground entering the back straight.
LICORICE SHOT checked
off FABRIQUE and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight.
FARINGDON checked
across the heels of LICORICE SHOT and lost ground on the turn into the front
straight.
Race 9 – TGRC COMMITTEE MIXED 4/5TH GRADE – 498M
DREAM WEAVER and
LODGEMENT were the best to begin.
JACK ADDI and BURNER
BANT bumped shortly after the start resulting in both greyhounds losing ground.

BANT underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries
were found.
Race 10 – TGRC COMMITTEE MIXED 3/4TH GRADE –
380M
FERAL CHERAL was the
best to begin.
WOOP WOOP KIT checked
off DREAM AMORE and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight causing
interference to ARE JAY DUREE.
ARE JAY DUREE raced
wide into the front straight.
MAGIC WISHES shifted
out across the heels of FERAL CHERAL and bumped LEAD CONTENDER in the front
straight.
Race 11 – TGRC COMMITTEE 5TH GRADE (1) – 380M
Even start.
WAYLON BALE checked off
the heels of MAYWYN OFTEN on the turn out of the back straight resulting in
both greyhounds losing ground causing interference to RHONDA’S DOUGIE and NEXT.
Race 12 – TGRC COMMITTEE 5TH GRADE (2) – 380M
CALL ME DORY was the
best to begin.
SCOTT THE HOOK and
CHANDON ELIXIR were tightened for racing room and lost ground in the back
straight.
LIMIT MAN and MAGIC
GIZMO bumped on the turn into the front straight.
CHANDON ELIXIR raced
wide into the front straight.
GENERAL
Stewards questioned
trainer A. Wooler in relation to his conduct on the track following the running
of Race 12. Mr Wooler’s conduct was
deemed, by the Stewards, to be improper.
Subsequently Mr Wooler was charged under the provisions of GAR 86.0 for
acting in an improper manner by using language and behaving in a manner that
was unacceptable on the race track.
Mr Wooler pleaded
guilty to the charge and addressed the Stewards in relation to penalty.
Stewards took into
account Mr Wooler’s submission and he was fined the sum of $200.
