The start of the race was delayed 1 minute due to interstate harness racing.

MICKY THE JET (5) – Slow to begin.

GO JACKIE GO (6) – Slow to begin. Checked by another runner on the turn into the front straight.

WESTERN LION (7) – Raced wide in the front straight.

SALAAM (8) – Slow to begin.  Checked off the heels on the turn out of the back straight.  Shifted out across heels to race wide in the front straight.

Race 2 – Angliss Meats | Novice | 380m

MR. SUGAR DADDY (1) – Checked off another runner prior to turning out of the back straight.

RENSHAW AVENUE (3) – Raced on to heels and became unbalanced prior to turning out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the near wrist and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

GRAND MIME (5) – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start.  Checked off another runner prior to turning out of the back straight.

LET’S GO PAPPA (6) – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start.  Checked off another runner prior to turning out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

ARNINATOR (7) – Checked off another runner prior to turning out of the back straight.

EL MIME (3) – Checked by another runner on the turn into the front straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the near fore leg muscle and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

MUMMA KNOWS BEST (7) – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Raced wide in the front straight.

MADNESS (1) – Bumped by another runner on the turn into the front straight.

CATCH YOU LATER (2) – Slow to begin.  Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

REMARKABLE ROSE (3) – Bumped and tightened by another runner on the turn into the front straight.

MR. STALLONE (4) – Slow to begin.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an off hind toe fracture and was stood down for a period of 28 days.

MIDNIGHT MCQUEEN (5) – Checked off heels on the turn into the front straight.

SUNSET WATCH (6) – Bumped by another runner on the turn into the front straight.

SUPER STING (8) – Tightened and bumped by another runner. Severely checked appearing injured on the turn into the front straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained a fracture to the near fore leg and was humanely euthanised by the veterinarian

POPPY CHOOKY (1) – Bumped another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Raced wide in the front straight.

BREAKER CHARLIE (2) – Slow to begin.

OLD MATE KICK (3) – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start.
