Due to Government advice around COVID-19, in accordance
with GAR 51(10), the Stewards directed the Starter to box the greyhounds into
the starting boxes in the following order, 1 & 5, followed by 3 & 7,
followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8 for all races.

back straight.

race with the muzzle dislodged.

2 Captain Pappa – Checked off another runner on
the turn out of the back straight. Checked off heels entering the front
straight and bumped another runner.
|
|
|

3 Oh Lonesome Me – Slow to begin. Checked off
another runner on the turn out of the back straight. Stewards questioned
the performance of the greyhound, in particular prior to entering the back
straight. After reviewing the film and discussion with the trainer S.
Atkinson, Oh Lonesome Me was stood down from racing until the completion of
a satisfactory trial for an unsatisfactory performance.

4 Goddess Of Speed – Checked by another runner
entering the front straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination
and was found to have sustained an injury to the near hind muscle and was
stood down for a period of 10 days.
|
|
|
|
|
|
7 Tropical Flash – Tailed off to finish a
distant last. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found
to have sustained an injury to the off front triceps and was stood down for
a period of 28 days and a veterinary certificate prior to racing again.
|
|
|
|
8 Hashtag Déjà Vu – Slow to begin. Bumped by
another runner entering the front straight.
|
|
|

5 Salaam – Checked off another runner shortly
after the start.
