Forfeit List

From Racing Queensland Limited as at 08 May 2012

The following persons have been placed on the Forfeit List under the Australian Rules of Racing 75 and 76, AR76 reads as follows:-

(a)  So long as any person is in the Forfeit List he shall be subject to the same disabilities and penalties

      as are declared by Rule 182 to apply to persons who are disqualified.

(b)  So long as any horse is in the forfeit List, such horse shall not be entered or run for any race, or be

      trained upon any course where these rules are in force.

Australian Harness Racing Rules - Rule 291 - 296 read as follows:-

(a)  Whilst an individual is on the Forfeit List they are subject to the same disabilities and penalties

      as are declared by Australian Harness Racing Rule 259 to apply to persons who are disqualified.

(a)  Unless determined otherwise by the governing authority disqualifed or suspended individuls are

      subject to the sames disabilities and penalties as declared by LR26(QLD).
