RACE TWO

JUMPING JOLT (5) is in great touch with a top-3 in 8 of his past 11 outings. Best of the chasers behind the in-form TOM ME GUN 2 starts back, he blew them away here on Tues when charging clear and running home to a big 15m victory. Finding early position is key, but he is the one to beat.

MY ULTIMATE FELLA (2) rolled to the breeze from gate 4 here 2 starts back and proved too strong to claim a 1m victory at the mile in a 2nd division qualifier. In the breeze and working hard here last week, he was declared a non-runner at the walk-up when denied his position. He is in the mix here.

OUR BONDI BEACH (11) was buried in the run last start but when the gaps arrived, he showed a clean pair of plates to sprint sharply to score a nice win. The gate hurts but he will be charging late.

FEEL THE REIGN (10) is having a great season and last start was able to thread an early passage from gate 11 to find the front and control the speed to score. With the right cart home, he is in the mix.

SELECTIONS: JUMPING JOLT (5), MY ULTIMATE FELLA (2), OUR BONDI BEACH (11), FEEL THE REIGN (10)
SUGGESTED BET: JUMPING JOLT (5) to win

RACE THREE

MACHEASY (5) had a look for the front from gate 3 here last Sat night in a 2nd division qualifier and after being unable to get across was forced to breeze when fighting hard for 3rd. On a short back-up to Monday he then scored a career PB win from gate 12. Back to the mobile he gets his chance.

REGAL NIGHTSHADE (1) took on a stronger race here last start and from gate 1 released and fought on well when 5m from the winner OUTLAW FELLA. With the speed to light the lamps and down in class, he is racing well and will be in for the fight here.

CIRCLE LINE (8) was a winner at big odds here on Tues when charging home down the centre of the track to arrive in a blanket finish. He will get the perfect trip here and be ready to take the snipers shot.

CLARRY (10) impressed at his Qld debut when taking the trail from gate 1 he was then able to pack too many guns late to score. Hitting the line strongly 2nd up he was only beaten a half-head and can feature again.

SELECTIONS: MACHEASY (5), REGAL NIGHTSHADE (1), CIRCLE LINE (8), CLARRY (10)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-5-8-10

RACE FOUR

ARGYLE BEACH (11)
will strip fitter from her latest outing when 1st up from a 5-week let-up. Buried 3 back from inside the 2nd line at the walk-up, she found the line in good order. Charging home for the bronze when under 2m from SLICE OF HEAVEN 2 starts back, she can look to swoop off a hot tempo.

FRANCO TOTEM (1) will be further tightened following his latest outing when 3rd-up from a break. Working hard in the run he cut the breeze and was in for the fight when only 5m from the winner SPARKLING CULLECT. His last win came via the passing lane and he can take the closing shot here.

MAKOA (3) has placed at his past 2 starts and both from wide gates. Last time from gate 6 he was 2nd behind the big winner JUMPING JOLT and with an improved alley will be right in the mix.

PARISIAN ROCKSTAR (2) has some slick early moves and from this gate will be looking to light the lamps and grip on. Not entirely suited his past 3 at the 2138m trip he will be hoping to pinch a panel.

SELECTIONS: ARGYLE BEACH (11), FRANCO TOTEM (1), MAKOA (3), PARISIAN ROCKSTAR (2)
SUGGESTED BET: ARGYLE BEACH (11) to win

RACE FIVE

TOM ME GUN (9) continued his great season last start when spearing to the front from gate 4 and once in control kept the tempo up to land a 6m win in a career best 1.52.2 rate. In the money qt 12 of 16 for the term including 7 wins, he can land handy and should have too many bullets to fire.

THE SHADY ONE (11) started from gate 10 at the walk-up mile last start and in the early stages somehow found himself about 80m from the leader yet was able to charge home in some strong closing panels. Back to the mobile will help his cause and settling closer can be swooping hard.

ZARAS DELIGHT (1) was in the same race and just as far back as THE SHADY ONE last week and similarly was attacking the line to grab the bronze. She lands the options from this alley to feature.

TRILIGHT BRIGADE (3) continued to press forward last start and worked to the front over the 2138m trip and held on to score a half-neck victory in mares only company. Settling on the speed she can place.

SELECTIONS: TOM ME GUN (9), THE SHADY ONE (11), ZARAS DELIGHT (1), TRILIGHT BRIGADE (3)
SUGGESTED BET: TOM ME GUN (9) to win

RACE SIX

LILAC FLASH (7)
was put out of play last week in open company after striking trouble when looking to land the 3 poles position. Re-setting he then hit dead-ends in the home stretch and was 5m from the winner without being tested. He can slide back early and with a solid tempo swoop over the top.

NUI TOC TIEN (6) had been racing well without a great deal of luck, flashing home hard at the end of his races. Last week he secured the right trip from a 2nd line alley and waiting until the right moment unleashed a solid sprint to score. He can look to get a cart into the contest and explode late.

SOMEPARTYSOMEWHERE (9) will strip fitter following his return from a spell last start. Able to get away from the walk-up and straight to the front, he packed too much heat. He is right in the fight.

SIR JULIAN (3) wasn’t entirely suited last time from the 2nd line and settling too far back couldn’t get into the contest. He charged late here 3 starts back and working across early can be swooping late.

SELECTIONS: LILAC FLASH (7), NUI TOC TIEN (6), SOMEPARTYSOMEWHERE (9), SIR JULIAN (3)
SUGGESTED BET: LILAC FLASH (7) to win

RACE SEVEN

GAME WE PLAY (4) led them up at Redcliffe 3 starts back off gate 1 when run-down in the closing stages and finishing 4m from the winner. His past 2 starts have been tidy runs from unsuited 2nd line gates. With the added fitness after 4 runs back from a break he can go-close in a wide-open race.

NO CONFESSION (1) found the line in good order at Redcliffe 4 starts back from a 2nd line gate to get within a head of the winner RAFFERTY DELIGHTS. He has been unsuited his past 3 starts after a pair of 2nd line draws and then struck trouble last time. With early speed he has options and is a danger.

CROWNING GLORY (9) speared out to find the front from gate 6 here over the mile 7 starts back and in control took them all the way. He hasn’t really fired since, but with this so open he is in the mix.

THE GOLDEN CROSS (2) was driven for luck off the 2nd line last week under the walk-up conditions and wasn’t too far away. He can settle handy to the action here and will be looking to fight hard.

SELECTIONS: GAME WE PLAY (4), NO CONFESSION (1), CROWNING GLORY (9), THE GOLDEN CROSS (2)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE EIGHT

MAJORDOIT (11)
took on a similar Aspirational here last week and from the 2nd line was a long way back in the pack when finding the line in good order to be 6m from the winner LANCELOT BROMAC. Only beaten a neck the start prior, he warmed up with a solid effort on Wed night and can cash-in.

MISTER BLACKJACK (10) will take further benefit from his latest start when 2nd up after a 9 month lay-off. He found the line in nice style when resuming to be 5m from the winner COOL SCOOTER over the 2138m trip and then last week was again working home strongly. He can issue the challenge.

WEE JIMMY (2) started from gate 1 and led them up in a 27.4 opener and was gripping tight to go under by 1m here 2 starts back. Forget his last start off the 2nd line, back to the front he can feature.

SACHE GIRL (8)
will need a slice of luck in transit but with the economical trip will be ready to take the gaps when they arrive. Placed her past 2 after successive wins, look for her probing for openings.

SELECTIONS: MAJORDOIT (11), MISTER BLACKJACK (10), WEE JIMMY (2), SACHE GIRL (8)
SUGGESTED BET: MISTER BLACKJACK (10) each-way

RACE NINE

LEXUS ON THE BEACH (2)
has been in the money at his past 3 starts, the latest when charging home from back in the pack to get within a half-neck of the winner OUTLAW FELLA. The start prior he led them up from gate 2 and was collared late in a slick mile and pressing forward can fight them off.

MR MEDDLE (2) sat in the pocket trail 2 starts back and with the cosy trip was able to show a sharp turn of hoof to sprint clear for an 8m victory over the smart MR KALYPSO with a further 6m back to 3rd. He chased home from back in the pack last time when 6m off the winner and can challenge here.

ZAC MAC (5) wasn’t suited last start when pressing forward and working hard in the run in a slick mile. He found the line strongly the start prior when beaten 2m and can be closing hard here.

DRIVE THE DREAM (1) can get the soft trip here and be ready to strike when the passing lane presents. She found the line strongly at Redcliffe 2 starts back to score and is in the mix.

SELECTIONS: LEXUS ON THE BEACH (2), MR MEDDLE (2), ZAC MAC (5), DRIVE THE DREAM (1)
SUGGESTED BET: LEXUS ON THE BEACH (2) to win

RACE TEN

XAVIERS HURRIKANE (4)
showed on debut that he had precocious talent when scoring a tough win running a sharp 1.56.1 rate. Green and keen in the breeze his ability shone through in scoring a tough win. Beaten by the gate when landing gate 7 2nd up and still only 2m away, this looks ideal.

FROST EN ICE (5) shoots for the hat-trick after knuckling down in good style to claim the Changeover Classic last time out. Finding the 1x1 from gate 6 she just kept coming and capitalised on the leaders mistake in the stretch. That followed a sharp all the way win and she will be right in the fight.

ROCKS OR DIAMONDS (2) caught the eye on debut after snagging back from gate 4 he was buried away on the pegs. Attacking the line in fine style in the closing stages there are wins in store.

SELECTIONS: XAVIERS HURRIKANE (4), FROST EN ICE (5), ROCKS OR DIAMONDS (2)
SUGGESTED BET: XAVIERS HURRIKANE (4) to win

RACE ELEVEN

BONNIE JUJON (4)
snagged back from gate 6 at the walk-up last time out and despite finishing last still worked home well in some tidy sectionals. Her run 2 starts back when leading them up was a solid effort when 2nd to CALLMEQUEENBEE and this looks her chance for a qualifying breakthrough.

THE HARLEM HAMMER (3) was strong from the breeze 2 starts back when pressing through to get outside the leader from the 2nd line. On the back-up from Wed night where she started from gate 1, she can land in the right spot here to challenge.

CHLOES CLOUD (5) is on the back-up from Thursday where she looked well placed to land in the money. She was game from the breeze 2 starts back behind BIG IN AMERICA and can podium here.

STUDLEIGH KRISTEN (6) steps out for her Sunshine State debut and while winless since December, her recent form is sound behind some smart performers around the Central West of NSW.

SELECTIONS: BONNIE JUJON (4), THE HARLEM HAMMER (3), CHLOES CLOUD (5), STUDLEIGH KRISTEN (6)
SUGGESTED BET: BONNIE JUJON (4) to win
