Attention Trainees, Apprentices and Masters: Award wage review

As you may be aware the, Fair Work Commission conducts annual reviews of award wages to determine if any increases should be implemented, with any new rates effective from 1 July each year.

To ensure Employers, Trainees and Apprentices are aware of the increases we have provided a link to the new pay guide for your future reference.

Please note: The Education & Welfare Department requires all trainee and apprentice jockeys to bring a copy of their 2017/18 group certificates to their August apprentice school, any apprentice not complying will be referred to the Stewards.
