RACE TWO

WHATA REACTOR (3) was hemmed away on the poles last start and did not have the cleanest passage when trying to pick up ground. Firing out from gate 3 before taking a trail here 2 starts back, she then made the closing shot a winning one for a tidy win. The big query is the middle-trip where her record is not great.

PAGEANTRY (1) was stuck trying to secure position last start at Marburg and was eased to get into the running line. From this gate 2 starts back he could not go with them as THEMIDNIGHTRAMBLER landed the prize and 3 back held on for the silver behind that same winner. With the options, he can challenge.

TRUMP EM BABE (5) faces a tricky gate but did find the line in nice order to grab the bronze here 2 starts back. The winner of a lone race, importantly it was over this trip and she can chime in.

GLENCOE REIGN (2) sat in the pocket trail last start and was trying to make a closing rally when within 2m of the winner. If he can limit the workload, he has podium claims.

RACE THREE

TURN TURN FLYER (7) eased from gate 3 at Marburg 3 starts back before making some good metres in the latter stages to grab the bronze. Trying to wind up last start, he chased gamely to grab the silver behind RITCHIE BEE last start and with the cosy trip can be ready to take his shot.

CLARES FOOL (1) comes up with the ace gate once again after his past 2 outings at Marburg have been in the red saddlecloth. Gunned down after leading them up on each occasion, he was 3m from TUAKANA 2 runs back and then 1.5m from SHESFEELINPRECIOUS. He will be in for the fight again.

WEASEL (3) started from inside the 2^nd line last start and was locked away in the run. When the gaps opened, he took his chances and hit the line nicely to score. Settling handy he will be in the mix.

AROONA (9) started from inside the 2^nd line last time out and was soon shuffled away in transit as ALLY PINK swept home to score. With the right cart into the contest, he can be chiming in here.

RACE FOUR

CALCULATED RISK (4) was a winner from the 2^nd line here 3 starts back when settling in the running line before finishing over the top to defeat the subsequent winner MIDNIGHT QUEEN. Gunned down 2 starts back, she was again collared late last start by FIRE ME UP. She gets a chance to arrive here.

MELTON LUCKY (7) found the right trip to arrive over the AP mile 3 starts back after securing running line cover. From the pocket trail last start also at The Creek, he held on for the bronze as THANKHEAVNFORGIRLS sprouted wings in the stretch. With an economical trip he can chime in.

BUTCHERFEELGOOD (9) was sent around them from the 2^nd line at Marburg 2 starts back and had too much gristle to score. Beaten by gate 7 at headquarters last start, back to Redcliffe suits.

A ROCKNROLL LEGACY (2) started from gate 1 last start and was soon locked away in the run and did not find space to make a meaningful offering. Better suited off the pegs here, he can be thereabouts.

RACE FIVE

RITCHIE BEE (3) had been building towards a victory after some handy efforts and franked that assessment when scoring here on Sunday night. Easing away from the pegs from inside the 2^nd line early, he then powered over the top to score. With early hustle, he can settle handy enough to go back-to-back.

THE CASUAL GOOSE (2) is moving closer to a drought breaking win after a 12-month absence from victory lane. Showing early hustle over the AP 2138m 3 starts back, he loomed up late to be a head in arrears of the winner. Only nabbed in the last stride over the mile last start, he can throw it down.

TIMENPATIENCE (8) has placed at her past 2 appearances, the latest when working home in nice order when 8m from VANISH HANOVER. Not that far away the start prior, she can be chiming in.

RANCHO MAN (4) is a maiden here on The Triangle from 22 attempts, finishing with 9 placings in those starts. Not too far from FEELS LIKA BOSS last start, he can fire some early bullets to feature.

RACE SIX

This race looks flush with front line speed and there could be some pressure to settle forward which might just set the scene for a swooper to arrive. HIGH ON MONTANA (8) looks the best placed under that scenario and has the form to complement the pattern. 3m away here 2 starts back, he was beaten by gate 7 in a qualifier last start, look for him late.

BEEJAYS DELIGHT (1) has not been too far away without landing a winning blow in recent outings, hitting the board in 6 of his past 9 appearances. Firing off the arm to set the speed last start over the AP mile from the five-hole, he comes up with the gate to look to dictate and will be gripping on.

PEGGY STARDUST (4) set the speed last start over the AP mile with the leading duties coming at the expense of a 27 second opening panel. That proved too costly as she faded late. Limiting the early burn will be key to her chances.

BRILLIANT ART (2) was sent forward from gate 5 last start and pressed on to take control, trying to fight them off in holding the bronze. Game in defeat 3 starts back, she has been freshened and can feature again here.

Once again another race where there are some speedy beginners positioned on the front line that look set to generate some early heat. QUICK STEP (1) found her race last start over the 2040m trip and saved for the closing shot, powered over the top to score a smart win. Tucked in behind, she can be ready to strike.

NESTERS HILL (2) will be further tightened from his latest outing when 2^nd up from a break. Returning with the silver at Marburg when nabbed in the closing stages by MONTEREY JACK after setting the speed. Gunned down again 2^nd up, he can fire the early shots to challenge here.

JAY DEE BE ROLLIN (3) was sent around them early from the 2^nd line here 2 starts back and doing it the tough way proved too strong in scoring. 3^rd in a Trot Rods scamper last start, he can do it tough if required to feature.

VANISH HANOVER (5) was not suited in the fillies Triad consolation 3 starts back and turned it around with a win here at her next outing. JUSTA LITTLE BIT proved too slick last start and she can chime in late in this.

RACE EIGHT

ROCKINDOWNUNDER (8) had gate 12 over the AP 2138m 2 starts back and not a great deal was in her favour in a tidy effort behind ITZ MAJOR RICH. Eased from gate 7 last start over the mile, she was facing a task as were all the chasers as ANOTHER STATEMENT controlled it in front. She gets the chance to earn some holiday cash for the visiting Morris stable in this.

COURAGEOUS SAM (4) is only lightly raced but his past few runs have really caught the eye against some handy performers. Hitting the line with gusto last start behind NO DOUBT, the start prior he was 6m from ARK ME. With added fitness following 3 runs back from a break, he can challenge here.

KWASII (1) was a winner from this gate 3 starts back when easily keeping them wide and taking them all the way for victory by a neck margin. Not too far away in 2 outings at The Creek since that win, he has the gate to feature.

MONTEREY JACK (9) found the race to suit at Marburg 3 starts back when sent forward from the 2^nd line and proved too sharp. Tackling some strong qualifiers in his past 2, he is in the mix here.

HAVING THE FAITH (2) started from gate 1 here 2 starts back when taking the trail behind the leader, winner, and subsequent winner ARTFUL MAID. Holding on for the silver after the leader pinched it in front, he was not suited in the Trot Rods format last start. There looks some early heat here and he can be close enough to strike.

VENUS JUJON (9) has been bumping into some handy ones in recent starts, the most recent when down the line as SCARLET BABE scored a slippery win over the AP mile. Holding on for 3^rd when 5m from BETTERTHANDIAMONDS 2 starts back in the 4YO mares Triad, she can be making a late play here.

OUR LITTLE DIGGER (8) did not have the smoothest passage last start when trying to weave a passage through to chase after the leaders. Placed his previous 3 in succession, he is never too far away.

MISSINMEMATE (1) was sent forward from gate 5 here 2 starts back and asked to roll the sleeves was working hard when holding on for a gritty 2^nd. With early hustle he has the gate to feature.

RACE TEN

BETTATHANIDEAL (8) secured the pocket trail from inside the 2^nd line here last time out and taking some time to wind up was a head away from the winner up the passing lane. Better suited to working home wider out, he should secure the right trip to swoop over the top of them to claim this.

TRUE STEPPER (3) has only had the 3 starts here at Redcliffe in her 33 career outings, landing a pair of placings in those 3. Only 8m away from LILYMADIMAC last start in a mare’s qualifier when eased to the pegs to look for short-cuts, this is the right type of contest for her to feature in.

MACH TORQUE (1) has been without a win this season but not much has really been in her favour in 7 attempts for the term. Luckless 2 starts back when locked away behind FRONTLINER, she has the gate to capitalise.

GOSLING IN FLIGHT (4) has been raced sparingly in recent months, his past 4 starts all coming at Marburg. Runner-up at his past 2 in succession when beaten 3m and 5m respectively, he can chime in.
