FORM ANALYSIS BY DARREN CLAYTON - @DASHMAN01

Speed maps are based on recent and anticipated racing patterns. For important changes of tactics which may affect the accuracy of this speed map follow @QRICstewards on Twitter.

RACE ONE

MOSQUITO SPUR (2) will be well suited under the conditions by finding the front line. A safe beginner she can drop in behind for the cosy trip. Her last win was here 6 starts back when leading throughout off the front line.

SPRINGBANK EDEN (7) will take some benefit from his 1st Qld run and 1st run after a break when down the line in a strong open class event. He made an error and if he can handle the triangle, look for a much sharper effort.
SELECTIONS: MOSQUITO SPUR (2), SPRINGBANK EDEN (7), GO AHEAD MAKEMYDAY (5)
SUGGESTED BET: MOSQUITO SPUR (2) to win

RACE TWO

NOT ALWAYS (3) was well tried in the market last start and found the pocket trail when 3m from the all-the-way winner HEADWIN. That was his best return in 3 Qld runs and with this field no stronger than what he met last week, look for him to fire the early shot and try to dictate.

KID CALVERT (1) faced a task last start at Marburg when back in the pack and the front end tempo made it hard for those chasing. His run off this gate 3 starts back was a tidy effort and with the stable finding some form in the past week, look for a solid showing.

SELECTIONS: NOT ALWAYS (3), KID CALVERT (1), PRIVATE JUJON (8), CERTAINLYSOMETHING (6)
SUGGESTED BET: NOT ALWAYS (3) to win

RACE THREE

GETINANHANGON (2) strikes the right type of race to break his maiden after some pleasing runs at his past 2 starts. Last time he claimed the silver when finding the line in good style off gate 5 behind ALWAYS A JEWEL. That followed a passing lane run behind FEEL THE TORQUE and in this line-up he can cash-in.

MIGHTY MONTANA (1) looked to take them all the way here 3 starts back over this trip and led until close to the post when grabbed. He found COUARGEOUS LEO to sharp at his next start and put a pen through his latest start. With the speed to hold early, he will be right in this.

SELECTIONS: GETINANHANGON (2), MIGHTY MONTANA (1), MAHALO (3), HEADWIN (4)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-2-3-4

RACE FOUR

NONE BETTOR (9)
has started 3 times this preparation and while he has been well below the level he was racing at last campaign, his last start was much improved. Rolling forward to the breeze from gate 6 he fought to the line when beaten 1.5m. The e2nd line hurts but he can prevail in this line-up.

FLIPPA PENNY (3) has been working hard in her runs yet still been able to return hand efforts from some tough gates. An all the way winner from gate 6 here 6 starts back she can fire out here and set the early tempo.

SELECTIONS: NONE BETTOR (9), FLIPPA PENNY (3), COAST WARNING (4), MOONLIGHT BUTCHER (10)
SUGGESTED BET: NONE BETTOR (9) to win

RACE FIVE

SOLDIER OF FORTUNE (1) will strip fitter following his return to the track after a break. Finding the front from gate 2 at his return he was soon shuffled back after releasing and finished mid-field. He strikes an open contest from the good alley and can look to make the most of his chances.

DONTBEFOOLISH (7) was angled down to the pegs to save ground off a 2nd line gate at Inverell last starts and was then closing strongly. From the gate he should secure the perfect trip and can look to take the closing shot when the gaps arrive.

SELECTIONS: SOLDIER OF FORTUNE (1), DONTBEFOOLISH (7), BETTING BARON (2), PARTY STARTER (8)
SUGGESTED BET: SOLDIER OF FORTUNE (1) to win

RACE SIX

SHERIFF JUJON (3)
was a winner here 3 starts back after settling with running line cover and finished over the top to score. Well held in the run at each of his past 2 starts, he strikes a winnable race and if able to find the pegs without over working he will be looking to secure the upset.

REGAL NIGHTSHADE (10) will find the quality of this race well below what he has been meeting and can benefit from a positive drive. Not having the best of luck in landing a gate, his run 2 back when looking to lead all the way was good and he can lay down a challenge.

SELECTIONS: SHERIFF JUJON (3), REGAL NIGHTSHADE (10), HEART OF CHANGE (8), LEVI JADE (6)
SUGGESTED BET: SHERIFF JUJON (3) to win

RACE SEVEN

TASCOTT LADY (1) does her best when able to roll along in front and gets the conditions to suit here. Her run here 2 starts back was good when working in the run and last start was hitting the line strongly. From the gate she will look to dictate and keep them chasing.

HOT DOGMA (3) was buried away when starting from inside the 2nd line here last start and found the line in good order. He had met some stronger types prior to that run and from an improved gate can look to find a prominent position in transit to issue a challenge.

SELECTIONS: TASCOTT LADY (1), HOT DOGMA (3), BLUE EYED CREATION (7), BUDDY BABCOCK (8)
SUGGESTED BET: Trifecta 1-7/1-3-7-8

RACE EIGHT

HEAVENS HINT (1)
has been meeting some stronger types in her past 3 outings at Albion Park. 2 starts back when taken back off gate 6, the run was full of merit when 3rd to COVERT BEAUTY in a mares qualifier. From this gate she will get a great trip and can breakthrough.

KEARNEY LANE (2) is in great touch and last start was aiming up for the hat-trick after a pair of wins here on the triangle. Securing the pocket trail she held on for 3rd when just unable to reel in the leader. With the right run she is in the mix again.

SELECTIONS: HEAVENS HINT (1), KEARNEY LANE (2), RARING TO GO (4), GLENFERRIE BABY (8)
SUGGESTED BET: HEAVENS HINT (1) to win
