RACE TWO

HIGHVIEW FREDDY (2) was moving closer to a drought breaking victory after finishing in the money at his previous 2 starts. Closing strongly over the 2040m here 2 starts back to be only a nostril from the winner, he was able to go one better last time when arriving over the top. With the right trip he can arrive again.

KIAMAROSIE (1) looked to take them all the way over the 2138m at The Creek last start from gate 1. With a steady tempo, she was unable to fight them off when finishing 13m from the winner. Chasing home behind ROLL WITH ROCKY the start prior, back to the sprint trip and at her 1st look at The Triangle, she will be gripping on.

A KERRY MAN (7) started from gate 8 last time out when working home strongly in the closing stages to get within a head of the winner. Taking them all the way here 3 starts back, if he can get the passing lane with momentum, he will right in the fight.

MISTER COLE (9) started from gate 6 last start when taken back early before making a power play wide out in the closing stages and cruising home to a big win. With the right early trail, he can feature.

SELECTIONS: HIGHVIEW FREDDY (2), KIAMAROSIE (1), A KERRY MAN (7), MISTER COLE (9)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-2-7-9

RACE THREE

ABERCROMBIE TAB (8) has placed in 4 of his past 5 starts, all of them here at Redcliffe. Grinding away from the breeze last start, he was game in defeat when finishing 3m shy of the swooping winner ASHLEE NITRO. Sent forward to race tough the start prior when also grabbing the silver, this is within reach despite the 2nd line.

IMA REGAL JET (1) was trying to work home 3-wide last start when finishing in the 2nd half of the field as WILLSINTOWN arrived to take the prize. Too far back from a tough gate at Marburg the start prior, he looks set for the perfect trip from this gate and can be ready to make the closing shot a winner.

VOODOO FELLA (3) held the 1x1 trail here 3 starts back from a 2nd line gate when best of the rest behind the big winner BLISSFULDAY. Arriving for the prize at Marburg on Sunday, he can settle close to the action to feature.

GIGANTIC JASPER (7) was eased from gate 5 last start before trying to make a closing play but was too far back to make an impression. Within 2.5m here 2 starts back, he will be probing for gaps to feature.

SELECTIONS: ABERCROMBIE TAB (8), IMA REGAL JET (1), VOODOO FELLA (3), GIGANTIC JASPER (7)
SUGGESTED BET: ABERCROMBIE TAB (8) to win

RACE FOUR

JILLIBY JACKPOT (2) has not had much go his way in landing a marble of late and with the improved alley here might just look to make his own luck. Snagged back from gate 7 over the AP mile last start he was too far back and the start prior he could not get into it as MAJOR FERNCO put them away. With a smart record here on The Triangle, he gets his chance.

DEVOUGED (9) did not have the smoothest run last start and despite settling back in the pack was able to charge home over the top to claim a smart win here last time out. That franked his closing sectionals from the start prior behind LARRY LINCOLN and with a solid tempo, he can throw it down.

DOOLITTLE DANDY (1) was closing in good order when wide off the track here 3 starts back and franked that effort when arriving for the prize at his next outing. Best of the rest behind big winner MISTER COLE last start, he has the options to capitalise.

LIBERAL ARDEN (7) has placed in all 3 starts since claiming a deserved win here 4 runs back. Doing some early work here last start, he was within 5m of the winner and needing a rub of the green can be probing in this.

SELECTIONS: JILLIBY JACKPOT (2), DEVOUGED (9), DOOLITTLE DANDY (1), LIBERAL ARDEN (7)
SUGGESTED BET: JILLIBY JACKPOT (2) to win

RACE FIVE

BRONSKI MACARENA (2)
was buried in the run last start after starting from inside the 2nd line and was probing for a way clear when down the line behind NIGHT NINJA. Beaten by gate 7 in the Gold Pot Final the start prior as MAJOR FERNCO tore it apart, she can settle close enough to give this a shake.

BOULDER CITY (5) was sent to park outside the leader last start from gate 6 over the AP mile, fading in the latter stages after the tough trip. Taken back from gate 6 here 2 starts back, he was closing in good order wide out when 9m in arrears. Despite another tough gate, he can get forward to challenge.

DOWNTOWN LUCCA (9) had an early look from gate 4 last time out over eh sprint trip and repelled was then forced to race tough in the breeze. Within 2m of the winner, he is never far away and can feature in this.

STUDLEIGH WILL (6) found the front from gate 3 last start over the AP sprint trip and steadying the ship after a slippery opening panel, was unable to see it out. The wide gate dents his chances, but a placing is within reach.

SELECTIONS: BRONSKI MACARENA (2), BOULDER CITY (5), DOWNTOWN LUCCA (9), STUDLEIGH WILL (6)
SUGGESTED BET: BRONSKI MACARENA (2) to win

RACE SIX

RAYONG PRINCESS (1)
faced a 2nd line gate last time out and was chasing to be mid-field behind HOLLIE. Beaten by a wide gate the start prior, she was game in defeat from gate 5 here 3 starts back when grabbed in the closing stages. With all the advantage from the ace, she gets every chance.

KID CALVERT (7) will take some benefit from his last start following a freshen. Eased from gate 6 to find position, he was back in the pack and chasing behind the in-form ROUSEY. This race looks an open contest and holding the back of the likely leader can look to take the snipers shot.

THANKHEAVNFORGIRLS (5) did it the tough way last start and was in for the fight when holding on for 3rd behind HOLLIE. That gate does not help her chances much in this, yet she can be in the mix.

TRACES OF TARA (9) was asked to roll the sleeves to do it the tough way from gate 6 last start when fading late after the tough trip. Only beaten a head when setting the tempo here 3 back, she can chime in.

SELECTIONS: RAYONG PRINCESS (1), KID CALVERT (7), THANKHEAVNFORGIRLS (5), TRACES OF TARA (9)
SUGGESTED BET: RAYONG PRINCESS (1) to win

RACE SEVEN

BLISSFULDAY (6) has no favours from the wide gate, however he has been in great touch since arriving in Qld, running in the top-2 in 4 of 6 starts. Wide off the track here 2 starts back, he had too many answers for them in cruising home to a big 20m victory. Tough in defeat last start, he can overcome the alley.

PITTSWORTH MAN (1) was sent to the pegs from the 2nd line at Marburg last start and slicing through was able to hold 3rd behind the all the way winner ARMA AUGUSTUS. Buried away the start prior, he looks set to secure an easy run in transit and can look to make a closing play.

BARONE (8) will be further tightened from his latest offering when 2nd up from a break. Easing from ate 4 to find position, he was sound to the line behind DESTIINY JANE and has podium claims.

DUKE (5) settled in the running line from the 2nd line last start when working home in good order in the closing stages to grab the silver behind ALWAYS AT NIGHT. The gate stings, but he can join in.

SELECTIONS: BLISSFULDAY (6), PITTSWORTH MAN (1), BARONE (8), DUKE (5)
SUGGESTED BET: BLISSFULDAY (6) to win

RACE EIGHT

This looks a tough maiden to dissect with some inexperience off the front line adding an extra dimension. Tightened after returning from a freshen last start, CENTRAL ARK (9) started fav last time out but gate 6 hampered his chances when retreating to find position. This is not out of reach.

IAM ROCHELLES ART (5) is nearing the elusive victory after placing at her past 2 starts. Sent to the front from gate 3 last time out, she was trying to take them all the way, only to be gunned down in the closing stages. The gate makes it tricky again here, but she can look to throw down a challenge.

VERMONT (1) is a 3YO filly on debut for Michael Nutley by South Park Hanover. Not far away in a recent trial taken by subsequent race winner PETITE PAREE, she can capitalise from the gate.

ROLLON TWICE (8) is yet to hit the board in 26 career attempts but with some ringcraft to call on here, has podium claims. Working tough in the run last start, she can be in the mix.

SELECTIONS: CENTRAL ARK (9), IAM ROCHELLES ART (5), VERMONT (1), ROLLON TWICE (8)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE NINE

ROUSEY (7) has demolished her rivals in two starts since arriving in Qld with winning margins of 52m and 17m, both here at Redcliffe over the 1780m trip. Able to find the front in both victories, the inside 2nd line makes it tricky here, but the power of her wins can see her ease early and work around them.

MANOFLISA (5) held the front from gate 1 at Marburg last start when sent to the post as a red figure fav. After a steady opening half, he dialled it up in the closing stages but was gunned down after setting a sharp 57.5 closing half. Despite a tricky alley, he can look to challenge for top spot again.

WHATA REACTOR (4) has placed at her past 2 starts, both times when chasing home behind ROUSEY. Claiming bronze last start from gate 8, it was a sound effort and she can feature once again.

DARTESIAN (1) was obliged to do it the tough way last start but was in for the fight when holding 3rrd over the Marburg sprint trip. With the benefit of a good alley, he is a podium chance again.

SELECTIONS: ROUSEY (7), MANOFLISA (5), WHATA REACTOR (4), DARTESIAN (1)
SUGGESTED BET: ROUSEY (7) to win
