RACE TWO

INTRANSIT (10) started from outside the 2nd line last start at Redcliffe when finding a 3-wide cart home from a lap out. Chasing hard, he held the silver behind IMA TOP TYCOON when 1.5m away. Beaten by gate 6 over the 2040m the start prior, with the right cart into the contest, he can arrive.

IMA TOP TYCOON (6) secured a nice run in transit last start over the Redcliffe sprint trip and when asked for the effort let down strongly wide off the track to sweep home to victory. Runner-up the start prior when chasing behind THREE MUGS IN, he faces a tough gate but can be powering home.

THREE MUGS IN (9) was a Redcliffe winner 2 starts back when easing to the running line from gate 5 before finishing best in scoring a 4m victory. Snagged back from gate 6 last start, he was strong to the line and can be in the fight again.

WATTLEBANK FLYER (5) is never far from the action and last start was 6m from the winner after leading the 3-wide train. Placed his previous 2 starts, he will not be far away again.

SELECTIONS: INTRANSIT (10), IMA TOP TYCOON (6), THREE MUGS IN (9), WATTLEBANK FLYER (5)
SUGGESTED BET: INTRANSIT (10) to win

RACE THREE

MONTANA LAD (7) has been meeting stronger opponents in recent starts but is hampered by the carpark draw here. Settling in the running line from gate 10 here on Tuesday, he was sound to the line behind SOHO TSUNAMI. 3rd behind JUSTA DALE 2 starts back, it can be a case of class beating map.

DEVOUGED (9) was shooting for a hat-trick 2 starts back after wins at Redcliffe over the 1780m and then here over the mile. Sent to the pegs from gate 11, he was probing for gaps when 8m from the winner MILLWOOD TILLY. Making ground from a long way back last start at Redcliffe, he can test them.

SONNY ORLANDO (8) was working towards a win with some tidy performances and franked that assessment when sprinting hard to claim the prize here 2 starts back. With the cosy trip in behind the speed his ideal pattern, look for him charging late.

ALLSTAR SEA (5) held the pocket trail last start at Redcliffe when taking a closing shot to grab the bronze. Runner-up to FAVOURITEHIGHLIGHT the start prior, he is never far from the action.

SELECTIONS: MONTANA LAD (7), DEVOUGED (9), SONNY ORLANDO (8), ALLSTAR SEA (5)
SUGGESTED BET: MONTANA LAD (7) to win

RACE FOUR

The first of two Gold Pot Heats with this looking slightly the easier of the two. MOTU AMETHYST (1) took them all the way at Redcliffe 2 starts back to break the maiden over the 2040m trip in scoring by 3m as a red figure fav. From inside the 2nd line last start, she met a handy field when 9m in arrears of the swooping winner VENUS JUJON. The gate gives her all the options.

HUNTAWAY (6) eased from gate 5 last time out at Redcliffe and from back in the pack was always facing a task with a strong closing 800m split set from the front. Closing nicely the start prior in claiming company, he can fire early bullets here, he can look to throw down the challenge.

BILLBOARD BONNIE (9) took on a mares qualifier last start when unable to go with them in the closing stages. Not far from KIWIS ARE FLYING the start prior when locked away, back to this grade should suit.

OUR RIDGY DIDGE (8) went to the front from gate 1 last start when looking to take them all the way. Starting in red figures, he set a strong tempo through the closing half but was unable to stave off TORQUE ONETWOTHREE. He will be needing a rub of the green from this alley.

SELECTIONS: MOTU AMETHYST (1), HUNTAWAY (6), BILLBOARD BONNIE (9), OUR RIDGY DIDGE (8)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-6-8-9

RACE FIVE

MAJOR FERNCO (3) has been in the money at all 4 starts here in Qld, the latest when closing out in good order to grab the bronze behind the star 3YO ONE CHANGE and only finishing 4m in arrears in a sizzling 1.51.1 rate. Grabbed in the closing stages the start prior by FOUR STARZZZ FORSA, he can look to dictate here.

SEAMARK (4) makes his Aus debut with the 5YO only lightly raced back in New Zealand. Hitting the board in 5 of his 7 career starts, he has not been seen at the public trials since joining the Darrel Graham barn. Last seen back in July when 3rd at Addington, he stays under a big watch here.

JILLIBY JACKPOT (9) eased from gate 4 last start over the Redcliffe 2040m trip prior to making a closing challenge when only a head from the winner. Placed at both starts prior at both the middle and sprint trips here, look for him closing hard.

SHEZ ALL STYLE (7) was looking for the short-cuts last start when not sighting the gaps when needed to be 9m from the winner COULDNTELLYA. Making an error at the start 2 runs back, she has been banished to the ODM but can work home into the exotics.

SELECTIONS: MAJOR FERNCO (3), SEAMARK (4), JILLIBY JACKPOT (9), SHEZ ALL STYLE (7)
SUGGESTED BET: MAJOR FERNCO (3) to win

RACE SIX

MODERNDAY FALCON (3) will take benefit from his latest outing when 2nd up from a break. Doing some early work prior to receiving cover, he was 8m in arrears of the winner BROOKESSMARTDANCER. Forced to cut the breeze the start prior, if he can find the pegs, he can see it out.

SHESFEELINPRECIOUS (1) secured the 1x1 trail last start over the Redcliffe sprint trip and was making a closing dive when a head from the winner KOOKABURRAPRINCESS. Buried the start prior from inside the 2nd line, she looks set for the perfect trip here and can look to take the snipers shot.

FORBIDDEN FEELINGS (5) was too far back last start at Marburg and could not get into the contest as the leader and winner controlled in front. Working home nicely 2 starts back, with even luck in transit from the wider gate, he is in the mix in this line-up.

MAGHERA MAGGIE (8) was obliged to do it the tough way last start when sent around to the breeze and from there held on to claim the silver. With an easier trip on offer, she can be probing for gaps.

SELECTIONS: MODERNDAY FALCON (3), SHESFEELINPRECIOUS (1), FORBIDDEN FEELINGS (5), MAGHERA MAGGIE (8)
SUGGESTED BET: MODERNDAY FALCON (3) to win

RACE SEVEN

A tough race to close the night where there look several winning chances dependent on how the tempo pans out in transit. KOOKABURRAPRINCESS (8) arrived in time last week at Redcliffe after doing it the tough way in the breeze. If able to angle into the running line, she might just arrive in time.

HIGH ON MONTANA (9) started from gate 9 over the Redcliffe 2040m trip last start when sent around them early to give the leader the stink-eye. Toiling hard in the run, he could not hold off the swooping WHERES TASCOTT but was able to grip on for the silver. A tough winner 4 starts back, he can whip around them if the tempo softens.

STUDLEIGH WILL (3) was soon buried 3 back on the poles last start after starting from inside the 2nd line and then could not get into the contest. Gunned down in front 3 starts back, he can fire early bullets here.

FIRE ME UP (4) broke the maiden tag last start when finishing over the top to claim the narrowest of victories over this trip. Snagged back the start prior, she can tuck in behind here and look for the closing power.

SELECTIONS: KOOKABURRAPRINCESS (8), HIGH ON MONTANA (9), STUDLEIGH WILL (3), FIRE ME UP (4)
SUGGESTED BET:
