Territory  At the 800m came into contact with Pornichet, resulting in Territory becoming unbalanced behind. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding had sustained multiple lacerations to both hind legs.

No Tricks (NZ)  Began awkwardly. Overraced in the early stages and got its head up on a number of occasions. Rider M. Cahill was questioned regarding the tactics adopted in the race. He stated the riding tactics were left up to him, however after jumping he elected to take hold of the filly and settle at the rear of the field from the wide barrier. He added however the filly never settled and pulled very hard throughout the event. He advised connections it would be better suited racing in a handier position.   Doomben  23/05/2015 
Platinum Witness  Jockey D. Browne reported it was the first time the filly had raced righthanded and was on the wrong leg for the majority of the race, however still proved slightly disappointing with its finishing effort over the final 200m. He added in his view it would take benefit from today's outing. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormalities. Rustic Melody  Replacement rider App. K Jennings was given permission to claim 2.5 of his permitted 3kg claim down to 55.5kg. Briefly held up at the entrance to the straight.  Rosehill Gardens  9/05/2015 
Sebrina  Jumped awkwardly. Near the 250m, when angling for a run, did not fully establish itself into the run and had to be checked away from heels. Questioned regarding tactics, particularly from the 600m, view full report. Did not obtain clear running until inside the 50m.

Ungrateful Ellen  Rider explained his instructions and intentions
were to settle mid-field with cover, however, after beginning better than expected, he was unable to obtain cover mid-field. He added that in his opinion the pace was only moderate in the early
stages and as a consequence he was trapped wide without cover for most of the event and was unable to obtain cover. He further stated notwithstanding the fact he was unable to obtain his preferred position in running, the filly responded in a respectable manner but did not finish the race off in its normal manner.

Good Project  Kicked out in the tie-up stalls with its near-hind leg and was passed fit to start, after being inspected by the Club's Veterinary Officer.

Peggy Jean  Rider stated, after beginning awkwardly, the mare never travelled throughout the event, was inclined to overrace and got its head up in the early and middle stages. He added, in his opinion, the racing pattern today of making ground from back in the field had not been to Peggy Jean's advantage and it may not have backed up from its unplaced run at Flemington on 8 March 2015. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities.
