Rdr reported filly was not suited by the tempo of the race, however was disappointing in finishing efforts when placed under pressure in the home straight. A post-race vet exam revealed no abs.

Approaching the 100m, laid in and became awkwardly placed on heels for a short distance.

He added after racing wide and without cover from the 700m his mnt came under heavy pressure from the 500m and when he felt there was something amiss, he eased it down in the straight. A post-race vet exam revealed the gelding to have cardiac arrhythmia. Co-tnr was advised of the provisions of the RA Code of Practice under AR88B(2)(b). Vet clearance since received.
