Tnr confirmed instructs & was satisfied Rdr had attempted to follow instructs, however whilst not critical of ride, in hindsight, may have been better served riding forward after beginning well.

Rdr quest re tactics early when it appeared there was opportunity to allow mount to improve forward into a position closer to leader rather than allow that runner to establish a significant lead-said instructed to take up a position in 2nd half of field & when mount began well, attempted to steady to fulfill instructs-added at no stage did anticipate being as forward as where mount settled. Tnr confirmed instructs & was satisfied Rdr had attempted to follow instructs, however whilst not critical of ride, in hindsight, may have been better served riding forward after beginning well.
