Real Yummy  Bounded in the air on jumping. Stewards questioned trainer in regard to the seemingly improved performance of the mare. He explained that this was the mare's second start for his stable. He said that its most recent start the mare had been disappointing and consequently he had increased its work. Champagne Tales  Began awkwardly and was then slow to muster speed. Rider reported that after losing ground at the start he commenced to improve his position after passing the 800m and as a result was fored to race 4 wide from that point onwards and then laid in during the early stages of the home straight.   Gold Coast  6/12/2014

Pure Chance  When questioned regarding the poor performance Jockey explained that the only explanation he could offer was that the colt was obliged to race wide throughout and was inclined to hang out.  Mackay  19/04/2015 
Stirling Girl  Was fractious in the placegetters stall and sustained a laceration to the near hind that will require treatment. Trainer advised stewards that filly had received stitches to a laceration on its near hind and will be freshened up.  Rockhampton  26/03/2015

Dodge the Grey  Rider questioned re riding tactics particularly as to why he allowed another runner to cross leaving the 1000m. He said that he was opinion that this would be advantageous to allow him a good trail into the race. His explanations were noted however he was reminded that he should always ride his mounts in a competitive manner which would not leave him open to question.  Doomben  18/04/2015
