Appr Jky Soulsby advised Stewards the horse felt fine but began weakening in the home straight. Stewards noted Ms Soulsby’s comments but were of the opinion she could have made more effort over the final stages. Acting under the provision of AR131(b) Appr Jky Soulsby was reprimanded for her failure to ride her mount out to the end of the race. A post- race veterinary examination was ordered and no abnormalities were detected.
