Isa Tala  Raced wide until near the 900 metres. Rider reported that the mare had to be restrained rather than race wide and got further back than had been intended. Near the 700 metres, raced keenly and had to be eased to avoid heels.

Born to Survive  Near the 900 metres shifted in and tightened the running of BROWN DOUBT and placed THANKGODFORFRANC in restricted room before shifting out. Champagne Tales  Jockey Stanley reported that his mount failed to stretch out and at no stage of the race travelled comfortably. A post-race veterinary examination of the gelding did not reveal any abnormalities.  Rockhampton  28/05/2015

Angels Crown  At the 200 metres hung in despite efforts of rider, shifted in and away from NADOR, which had improved to its outside, laid in slightly and tightened another runner, which had to be steadied. In the incident made contact with LOOKSLIKERAIN, was taken in and shifted across the heels of FERRIGNO. Jockey Day was advised to exercise more care and make a greater effort to keep his mounts straight. Raced wide throughout.  Rockhampton  28/05/2015
