Elected to obtain a better position by shifting inward towards the inside rail, when approaching the 900m point was forced to ease when I’M A CHOCOHOLIC abruptly eased off the heels of MISTER MIYAGI with SEMPER INVICTUS losing some ground at that point. Raced at the rear of the field for some distance.

When questioned regarding her riding rounding the home turn, rider stated that her mount was inclined to hang out throughout the event and the home turn. Stewards advised rider that considering her mount was inclined to hang out, using her whip on the offside of the mare exacerbated the manners and in future she should correct her mount with her reigns to prevent it shifting any further.

When questions about the ride Jky Richardson advised that the horse was going well and felt comfortable in running. Stewards noted Jky Richardson’s comments. Tended to hang out at the first corner approaching the 800m point.
