Stewards advised Mr Wilson that after further tests failed to reveal any abnormalities, a further jumpout would be required. Competed successfully and won a 1000m jumpout on June 27 at Sunshine Coast.

Stewart stated that he attempted to obtain the lead, however when runners to his inside improved, he was caught racing three wide, which on the heavy track he was content to do. He added that once rounding the home turn when he placed his mount under pressure it failed to respond and therefore he was inclined to desist with pressuring his mount for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

Orman reported it was his intention to settled handy on the filly however after ROTHABYE surrendered the lead approaching the 900m, his filly then settled further back than he had intended and overraced with the slow pace. He added when he placed pressure on the filly she failed to respond.
