Rockshore aced 4 wide throughout. When asked to comment on the apparent improved performance trainer K Afford stated the geldings most recent starts had been at TAB venues. He added that the drop back in distance, along with the sand racing surface which suits ROCKSHORE, contributed to todays forward showing. Bundaberg 05/11/2019

Tenor Lass After being well, was slow to muster early speed and appeared to resent the kickback when trailing the field. Jockey S.Lacy reported that in her opinion the mare failed to respond to her riding in the early stages, however when shifted wider on the track, it found better going and improved into the race from that stage. Ten Taubada's when asked to comment on the below market performance rider H Phillips stated gelding after beginning well, travelled comfortably in the lead however when placed under pressure near the 400 metres failed to respond to her riding and was disappointing. Trainer D Gardiner similarly expressed disappointment in the performance and advised Stewards he would report any condition that comes to light in the coming days. Bundaberg 05/11/2019

Shinnecock Slow into stride. When approaching the 900m commenced to race keenly and shifted out abruptly to avoid the heels of PRINCE FLINDERS, making heavy contact with FLINDERS DRAGON who became momentarily unbalanced and was shifted wider on the track as a result. Lucifer's Angel When questioned regarding the performance of LUCIFER’S ANGEL jockey stated that his mount travelled well in the early stages but when placed under pressure from the vicinity of the 600m began to weaken noticeably. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormality. Trainer D. Schultz was advised that LUCIFER’S ANGEL, which performed poorly, beaten 29 lengths, would be barred to non-TAB venues until it established improved form. Rockhampton 29/11/2019
