Apprentice M Savva stated that she wasn’t ready when the start was affected and had relayed those messages to the starter which unfortunately was not heard. As such, Stewards elected not to proceed with any action against EMPIRE DAY and spoke to the starter regarding the communication aspect between riders and barrier staff.
