Co-trn since advised stable was satisfied with the post race cond of the gelding, however, would now be spelled.

Rider stated that his instructions were to ride the gelding quietly to ensure that if he made his run to the outside to make sure that the gelding had clear uninterrupted running in the straight. He said for this reason at the start from his inside gate he elected to drift back in the field to ensure he was able to position his mount to the outside on straightening whereby mount finished the race off well.

She said after jumping away fairly she worked her way forward, however, both COLDSTONE and PRIORTISE raced up to her inside, resulting in her being caught wide early. She then attempted to obtain a forward position whilst allowing PRIORTISE to go forward. She added that it was her intention to try to settle off PRIORTISE, however, her mount commenced to race keenly despite her efforts. Thereafter she elected to let her mount stride and go to the front.

When qst re settling back in field in early stgs, rdr std instr were to take up a handy pos with view to follow stablemate. Added early stgs when held 3 wide behind that rnr, was concerned that rnr would go fwd, which would result in his mount being left without cvr & for this reason elected to allow his mount to drift back & follow another rnr, which resulted in his mount racing further back than intended. Said when tempo steadied in mid stgs elected to allow mount to stride fwd & take up pos behind rnr & then allowed his mount to impr 3 with without cvr into event.
