After being held up for clear running rounding the home turn shifted out approaching the 350m in an attempt to obtain clear running , however commenced to hang in and was awkwardly placed at the heels of INITIALIZE, which was hanging out. As a result of this, AHEADOFHISTIME clipped the heels of INITIALIZE and blundered badly, losing significant ground. Approaching the 150m was heavily bumped by the riderless SHE’S A MITZY and almost dislodged jockey Orman. As a result of these two incidents AHEADOFHISTIME took no further competitive part in the event.
