Excruciate Bumped on the hindquarters shortly after the start and became unbalanced and, as a result, settled further back in the field than anticipated. Steadied from heels for some distance when racing keenly in the early and middle stages. Toowoomba 15/06/2018
Same Old Story Steadied when awkwardly placed at the heels of another runner rounding the home turn. Toowoomba 23/06/2018

Doom Bumped by RIMMSKI near 450m. Gold Coast 03/03/2018
Kittyson Raced wide in the early stages. A post race veterinary examination of the gelding, which was beaten 33.2L, revealed it to have a poor recovery rate. Trainer advised that the gelding is required to barrier trial to the satisfaction of stewards prior to its next race start to prove its competitiveness. Grafton 12/07/2015

Indian Star When quest re perf. rdr stated mount settled handy however was never comfortable on soft track. Rdr stated he was unable to improve in middle stages when shuffled back to rear of field by weakening runners in advance. Rdr stated mount failed to let down strongly on soft conditions in straight & was unable to make ground on leaders. P/R vet exam no ab's. Lismore 18/06/2018
Tatoi Apprentice B. Nothdurft could offer no explanation for the gelding’s seemingly disappointing performance. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be exhibiting a poor post-race recovery. Co-trainer T. Sweeney undertook to advise Stewards should any abnormalities come to light in the coming days which may have affected the gelding’s performance. Toowoomba 21/04/2018
My Blue Thunder Began awkwardly, shifted out and bumped AMERICAN ENEMY. Over-raced during the early stages. Leaving the 300m had to be steadied when hampered by ZABRING which hung in. Following the race got its near hind leg cast in the tie-up stalls. A subsequent veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be lame in that leg. Trainer T Cotsiopoulos will be advised that a veterinary clearance must be produced prior to its next start. Gold Coast 16/06/2018
 
Race 4
Maxwell Drawn in the adjoining stall to a horse that reared and became cast and was struck during the incident, was removed from its stall, examined by the veterinary surgeon and deemed suitable to race. Began awkwardly and was bumped at the start. Doomben 27/06/2018
Splendid Stryker Raced wide throughout event & not tested over final 300m when a beaten horse. Trainer stated she believed tough run in early & middle stages were to geld's detriment over latter stages. Tnr added she did not believe geld appreciated shifty track conditions today. Race 5
Capo Di Tutti Tightened for room at the start and had to be checked. Commenced to hang out a short distance later and continued to hang out badly, taking no competitive part in the event, making contact with the outside fence after passing the 500m. A vet exam revealed no significant findings. Trainer advised that the horse must officially trial prior to its next start. Passed Dben Official trial 26/6/18. Sunshine Coast 17/06/2018
Jaydee Indy Began very awkwardly, bumped its gate and then tailed out throughout. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings other than that the horse was listless. Trainer K. Young was advised that the horse would be required to trial satisfactorily before being permitted to start again, and a veterinary clearance would be required. French Descent Rider reported gelding felt uncomfortable in the off fore leg on pulling up. Vetted - revealed tenderness in the off fore frog area. Vet Cert required. Gold Coast 09/06/2018
Badge of Gameness Began awkwardly. Shifted in under pressure passing the 100m resulting in Jockey B Looker having to stop riding and straighten the gelding to prevent interference to the runner inside of him. Gold Coast 16/06/2018
Country Luck Dislodged its rider shortly after leaving the enclosure, and galloped a short distance before being recaptured. The gelding underwent a pre-race veterinary examination behind the barriers and was passed fit to start. Stewards questioned Trainer Mr. C. Ivy's Dream Stewards questioned Trainer J Wallace as to the improved performance from its last start. Mr Wallace noted the filly was only having its second start for the stable and at its first start at Murwillumbah on 3 June 2018, had begun awkwardly and lost significant ground at the start. Mr Wallace noted that following that performance he added blinkers, tongue-tie, ear- muffs and barrier blanket to the fillys gear and combined with a good performance in a recent trial he was confident of a forward showing today. Pole Volter A post-race veterinary examination of the gelding, which tailed off, revealed the horse to have cardiac arrhythmia. Trainer Mr. J. Hepworth was advised that the gelding will require a veterinary clearance, including the results of an ECG, and must trial to the satisfaction of Stewards prior to racing again.
