Round of Applause Rdr std mount trav comf in a midfield pos & near the 600m was reluctant to hold its position to the inside of the heels of another rnr & fm this point was disap in its failure to finish the race off. Go Getter Jockey J. Stanley reported he rode in a forward position in today’s event and felt in hindsight this may have been detrimental to the horse’s chances and may appreciate settling further back in the field. Red Lines A post-race veterinary examination of the mare, which tailed off, failed to reveal any abnormalities. Trainer G. Miss Moss Stewards enquired into an incident leaving the 600m where MISS MOSS had to be checked from the heels of ELITE GREY and lost ground. During the enquiry Jockey A Allen reported that MISS MOSS commenced to hang out of its own accord leaving the 600m and due to the fillys racing manners he was obliged to check away from the heels of ELITE GREY. Archer's Treasure Raced in restricted room approaching the 900m. When questioned by Stewards regarding the poor performance, jockey S. Bogenhuber advised that her mount travelled comfortably throughout, however when placed under pressure failed to respond and proved disappointing. Trainer’s representative, N. Hahn, could offer no explanation for the disappointing performance. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the horse to be suffering from the thumps. Warwick 19/01/2019

Brown Lines When questioned regarding the performance of the gelding which was beaten 15.1L, rider stated the gelding began to give ground from the 600m and did not respond to her urgings whilst weakening noticeably. Trainer was advised that the future NSW starts of the gelding would be monitored and if the gelding does not improve its competitiveness, the Stewards’ would look to restrict the gelding to starting in non-TAB meetings until its competitiveness improves. Star Silk Apprentice J. Murphy was asked to comment on the performance of the horse. He indicated he felt the horse was disappointing, however could offer no explanation for the performance. The stable indicated that the gelding would be unlikely to start on rain-affected tracks in light of today’s performance. Toxophily When asked to comment on the performance, jockey J. Stanley indicated the horse, which was having its first start over this distance, raced keenly in the early stages and obtained a nice position outside the lead and travelled comfortably until approaching the 400m when the horse failed to respond to his riding, which he attributed to his mount not being comfortable in the rain affected conditions. Golden Lily Q'd re performance, rdr std she was instructed to settle in fwd pos one out, one back. Add in early stgs mnt was reluctant to respond urgings when being ridden along & was unable to maintain pos behind leaders, allowing rnr to cross in advance & ultimately settled further back than anticipated. Fthr std rounding h/t mnt was held up before being reluctant to improve into narrow run to inside of rnr passing 300m. Add raced tight to inside of rnr & made contact with rail & became unbalanced & lost ground. Post race vet no abs. Lismore 11/05/2019

Dreamscope Jumped away awkwardly and was then bumped by another runner and lost ground. Disappointed for a run near the 300m and shifted back to the inside in an attempt to secure clear running, and at a point near the 250m made heavy contact with TRU BLUE TANGO , causing that horse to become unbalanced.
