Rider questioned re seemingly disappointing performance - stated gelding travelled well in the early and middle stages however, failed to run on as expected and in his opinion was disappointing. Trainer advised gelding had pulled up well and he was not overly disappointed with its performance. He was of the opinion the impost of 60 kilos was a telling factor on today’s performance. Vetted - no abnormalities and swab sample taken.
