Stewards questioned Stable Foreman Mr B Herne in relation to the tactics adopted on GRISHAM (App R Shred). Mr Herne advised that he had anticipated that TINY TIARA would lead and that he had instructed App Shred to attempt to take a sit in a position just off the pace. App Shred confirmed those were the instructions, however after GRISHAM began well, and commenced to race keenly soon after, she elected to allow the gelding stride out rather than restrain and fight against it.
