Second Thought Connections advised that the horse would be ridden further back in the field. The horse was ridden accordingly. Laid in under pressure over the concluding stages. Sunshine Coast 17/03/2019
 
Race 4
The Doctor Eased when momentarily tightened for room passing the 400m. At the entrance to the straight became held up on the heels and was unable to be tested for the remainder of the event. Ballina 16/03/2019

Takemeoutback Began awkwardly. Raced wide without cover throughout. Aquis Park Gold Coast 20/02/2019
Rockshore Began awkwardly and lost ground. Then raced ungenerously for the remainder of the event. Rider reported at scale that, in his opinion, the gelding raced ungenerously and felt that the blinkers may have contributed to this. He recommended to connections to remove the blinkers for its next race start. A post race veterinary examination revealed a poor post race recovery. Trainer S. Where's The Money When caught wide early allowed to stride forward to obtain the lead. After passing the 500m commenced to hang out whilst weakening and continued to hang out for the remainder of the event. Ipswich 06/02/2019

Strong Desire Steadied from heels near the 600m. Momentarily held up rounding the home turn. Toowoomba 02/03/2019
Calabria Began awkwardly. Near the 600m was steadied from heels. Upon straightening was bumped by Calisto. Aquis Park Gold Coast 02/03/2019
Fizz Stewards questioned R. Fradd as to the reason, after being slow to begin and shifting out abruptly soon after the start, he did not elect to gain cover in the early stages at the rear of the field behind EULEILAH. Jockey Fradd explained that he did not think it was favourable to trail that runner and when the tempo of the race was slow he elected to race three wide with cover on the back of FAVOR OF GOD. He added that approaching the home turn he attempted to improve on FIZZ but the filly only quickened for a short time before weakening over the final 300m. Stewards noted the explanation. Moa's Girl Bumped at the start. Approaching the 800m when racing ungenerously had to be steadied when awkwardly placed at the heels of SUCCINITE. Kilcoy 11/03/2019
Lucky Spirit Hung out rounding the home turn, taking another runner wider. Trainer T. Edmonds was advised that a warning would be placed on the filly’s racing manners. R. Maloney was reprimanded for excessive use of the whip prior to the 100m. In assessing penalty, stewards took into account that his mount was hanging out rounding the home turn and that jockey Maloney used the whip on a couple of occasions in an attempt to correct the horse and attempt it from hanging out further on the track. Race 6
Fanx Difficult to load. Rider questioned re manner in which he rode mount out over concluding stages - explained stopped riding after passing 100m when concerned if he continued to ride mount along he would have been awkwardly placed at heels of SIR MAGIC, which was continually shifting in. Added of the opinion his mount’s run had come to an end and being out of contention he desisted form pressuring it in the run to the line. Stewards accepted explanation. Doomben 13/03/2019
Excelamour Rolled in under pressure leaving the 200m and had to be straightened by its rider. Apprentice J. Grob was reminded of his obligations to ride his mounts out to the end of the race. Beaudesert 14/03/2019
Animal Instinct Had to be checked when tightened for room shortly after the start. Obliged to alter course approaching the winning post. Beaudesert 14/03/2019
Haradify Began awkwardly and lost ground. Raced wide. Kilcoy 11/03/2019
Stormy Grey Began awkwardly and shifted in making contact with MAN OVERBOARD. Toowoomba 16/03/2019
Poolenzo Bled both nostrils. Trainer M. Nolan was advised that the horse will be ineligible to race for 3 months, and prior to resuming racing must perform satisfactorily in a 1000m gallop in the presence of a Steward. Gatton 05/07/2018

Captain Carts Hung out rounding the home turn. A post race veterinary examination revealed the presence of blood in one nostril, however the veterinary surgeon confirmed that this was due to external trauma and therefore was not deemed a bleeder. Kilcoy 11/03/2019

Solo Artist Jockey Beau Appo reported that, in his opinion, the mare was not suited to today’s firm racing surface and was reluctant to stretch out over the concluding stages. Dalby 09/03/2019
By the Law raced three wide without cover throughout. Rider S. Bogenhuber reported that in her opinion the gelding raced flat. Trainer J. Hanna advised that the gelding would be sent for an immediate spell. Post- race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. Toowoomba 23/02/2019
Brittex Became unbalanced for a stride when bumped heavily near the 400m by NICCONI BAY, which shifted in. Apprentice M. Shimodaira, the rider of NICCONI BAY, was reprimanded. Had to be steadied near the 250m to avoid the heels of COOK STRAIGHT, which shifted out when not fully clear. Jockey D. Smith, the rider of COOK STRAIGHT, was advised to exercise more care in similar circumstances. Beaudesert 14/03/2019
