When questioned regarding the disappointing performance of the gelding jockey stated his mount was under pressure the entire event and made abnormal respiratory noises throughout. A post race veterinary examination of the gelding, which was beaten 28.38L, did not reveal any abnormality. To trial PTNS and results of endoscope required prior to trial.
