The licence of N Evans to ride in races was suspended for as period of 4 weeks to commence midnight 28th January up to and including midnight 25th February 2023. In assessing penalty Stewards considered the short half head margin and also that COFFEE COMING was a $2.5 favourite and were also comfortably satisfied the actions of N Evans had cost COFFEE COMING first place.
