After passing the 700m commenced to hang out and continued to do so for the remainder of the event. Over the final stages had to be steadied when placed in restricted room to the inside of AGGRAVATE and to the outside of HIGH COST which shifted out.

Rider questioned re riding early stages and if an opportunity to obtain a position with cover - stated instructed settle in a forward position but after beginning only fairly and from wide barrier attempted to improve forward to comply with instructions but when evident SO YOU SHOP going to be able to obtain cover behind BRONCKS was of the view she would be unable to obtain the lead without riding aggressively, which was reluctant to do as mount racing greenly and was content to race in 3 wide position. Comments noted. Vetted - no abnormalities.

Trainer was advised that the gelding must barrier trial to Stewards’ satisfaction prior to being permitted to race again. Trainer advised that he would experiment with the gelding’s gear prior to its next start.
