Phionaix After passing 200m improved onto heels, steadied and alter course to the outside to obtain clear running. Rider re tactics - explained after beginning fairly from wide barrier and then laying in shortly after start and bumping heavily with DARK ARCHER then allowed to balance up and elected to restrain to rear to find a position closer to the rail as he was of the opinion if he had pressed forward may have been caught wide. Mr Strachan Jockey B. Stewart was reminded of his obligations regarding use of his whip more than 5 times prior to the 100m. Sunshine Coast 08/12/2019
Toy Boy Shortly after the start was steadied when tightened. Held up approaching and rounding the home-turn before being directed to the inside of runner to improve near the 250m. Ballina 12/12/2019
Churning Attempted to buck on a number of occasions shortly after the start, thereby losing considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare to be lame in the off foreleg. Connections were advised that the horse would require a veterinary clearance and must trial satisfactorily prior to racing again. Doomben 23/11/2019

Thumbs Up Slow to begin. Held up for a short distance near the 400m, and again when awkwardly placed at heels in the early stages of the home straight. Toowoomba 30/11/2019
 
Race 4
Sir Harry Jumped away awkwardly. Held up for clear running from the 600m to inside the 400m. Questioned regarding options available in the straight, rider stated he elected to shift out near the 600m but another runner improved to the outside which kept him in. Then tried to shift between runners to his inside, but that run then closed up. Shortly after was eventually able to improve to the outside when that initial runner keeping him in, had greatly improved. Jockey stated that he should've persisted with the run, which eventually presented itself to the inside, rather than electing to shift out. Rockhampton 07/12/2019

Nom De Theatre Connections advised that the horse would be ridden in the first half of the field if circumstances permit. Slow into stride and was unable to be ridden forward and settled in a rearward position. Sunshine Coast 08/12/2019
Finnferno Approaching 400m had to alter course and shifted to the outside to avoid the heels of BRANDO, which shifted wider on the track. Aquis Park Gold Coast 30/11/2019
Arc Of Gold Shortly after the start when in a trailing position refused to settle and threw its head in the air when being restrained. Raced 3 wide without cover throughout. Sunshine Coast 08/12/2019
 
Race 5
King of the North Overraced in the early stages before weakening badly in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the horse to be sore across the back. Connections were advised that the horse will require a veterinary clearance prior to racing again. Sunshine Coast 30/06/2018
Striking Distance Proved difficult to load. The horse reared as the start was effected and made heavy contact with the barrier crossbar, suffering a significant injury to its head and as a result jockey R. Wiggins restrained the horse out of the event and it failed to complete the course. Trainer S. Kendrick was advised that a veterinary clearance would be required and the horse must obtain a further barrier certificate prior to its next start. Ipswich 24/05/2019

Master Baylee Steadied and lost ground near the 800m when placed in restricted room to the inside of SHE KEEPS NOSECRET, which shifted in. W. O’Connell, the rider of SHE KEEPS NOSECRET, was reprimanded for this incident. Placed in restricted room and had to be restrained leaving the 500m when racing between GRANDIOSO and CATALINA MISS, which shifted out. B. Stewart, the rider of CATALINA MISS, was reprimanded for shifting ground when insufficiently clear. Sunshine Coast 01/12/2019

Woodley's Gold Trainer B. Wakefield was fined $100 for failing to declare a rider for the horse by the prescribed time. When the ear muffs were unable to be applied to the colt, stewards gave permission for the horse to race without this gear. A public announcement was made to this effect. Sunshine Coast 22/11/2019
