Rdr std after travelling a short distance, he had some concerns with action of mnt & after it laid out on the h/turn, he did not fully test it in the straight due to his concerns. A post-race vet exam rev no abs. Tnr adv the colt had pulled up bilaterally shin sore & will now be spelled. Notwithstanding, tnr was told a vet clearance would be required prior to the colt being permitted to barrier trial/race again. Vet clearance since received.

When questioned regarding the performance of the filly, Apprentice W Peel stated that her mount failed to respond to the urgings in the early stages of the event. She added that passing the 600m her mount began to respond to her riding and finished the event off well. She added that in her opinion that MISHANI UNTAMED would be better suited with the removal of blinkers. Trainer L Ross confirmed that he would remove the blinkers prior to next start.
