She added that the filly had to do some work in the early stages to secure the forward position and travelled comfortably in the middle stages, however when placed under pressure before the home turn, failed to quicken and proved disappointing. Trainer B Mair advised stewards that in her opinion the filly did not appreciate the synthetic racing surface.
