Queensland Off-The-Track proudly introduces Emily Morgan-Brown as a QOTT Acknowledged Retrainer.
With over 40 years’ experience in the saddle, Emily is a skilled and competent rider who has played polo and competed successfully in dressage, show jumping and eventing. As a teenager, Emily rode trackwork which is where her love of thoroughbreds blossomed.
Founder of Elsam Equestrian Solutions, Emily is Australia’s only Gold Level qualified Simulator Coach, and one of four in the world, who provides the latest technology and professional assistance to help clients focus on their own riding technique to achieve better communication with their horse. The equestrian simulator is a tool for the rider to focus on their riding, make corrections and perfect balance, seat, rein and leg aids without affecting the horse while mastering these aids.

Being a part of a positive future for retired racehorses and ensuring they are on the right path once their racing careers have finished has always been my goal”
As a retrainer, Emily is dedicated to connecting the right horse to the right home to ensure a bright future for the retired racehorses that she retrains and rehomes.
