A pair of Kiwi pacers will now call Queensland home.

And both are headed to Northside stables.

Last start Winton winner Captain Thunderbolt will join the father/son stables of Kerry and Darren Ebert while last start runner-up Lilac Flash heads to the stables of Kylie Rasmussen and Darren Weeks.

Both pacers are four-year-olds.

Captain Thunderbolt broke maiden ranks at Winton on April 14 with a decisive victory in a time of 1:58.6 for 2400m easily defeating Fun Sponge and Whata Razzle Dazzle.

It was his first victory from twelve starts.

The son of Panspacificflight was previously prepared by Brent McIntyre.

Lilac Flash finished a game second behind Dibaba in a time of 1:58.3 for 2400m at Wyndham on March 17.

Overall, the Bettors Delight gelding has won twice while being placed on a further 11 occasions.

Lilac Flash was previously prepared by Tony Stratford.
