RACE TWO

FAIRIESDELIGHT (10) has the tough gate to overcome here but will take good confidence from her 1st win in Qld when scoring here last start. From wide on the front line, she was eased to find position before finishing over the top of them to claim a smart 4m victory. A repeat can be achieved.

KIAMASROSIE (2) did some early work before receiving cover last start when down the line behind the in-form CHIASSO. The start prior from inside the 2nd line, she would have been closer with a clearer passage and with early speed to offer, can settle close to the action to challenge in this.

CALL ME TRISH (1) held the pocket trail from this gate last start in a 2nd division qualifier and making a closing challenge when the gap opened, was only a neck from the winner. With a similar trip, she will be probing.

SUGARKANE (4) settled in the pocket trail last start at Redcliffe from inside the 2nd line when taking the silver. Beyond midfield the start prior in a mares qualifier, she can chime into the minors here.

SELECTIONS: FAIRIESDELIGHT (10), KIAMASROSIE (2), CALL ME TRISH (1), SUGARKANE (4)
SUGGESTED BET: FAIRIESDELIGHT (10) to win

RACE THREE

BOMBADIER JUJON (6)
will be further tightened from his latest outing and should be approaching a full fitness after 4 runs back from a break. Tackling a qualifier last start, he was chiming in late after settling back in the pack as SQUARE DEALER took control in front. The gate is a little tricky but with an even pinch of luck, he can arrive.

ALE ALE KAI (1) was hitting the line in fine style from a 30m handicap in the consolation of the Goldstrike at Marburg last time out to be 3m in arrears of the winner. Strong to the line in the closing stages here 3 runs back behind CHIASSO, she has the ideal gate to challenge.

OUR UNCLE JIM (4) was brave in defeat when holding on for the silver here 2 starts back after cutting the breeze throughout outside ROCKNROLL CLASSIC. He looks well suited to feature.

HEZA BROMAC (8) will have the 2nd line options here to plot his course. Runner-up at his past 2 starts, he hit the line strongly last start behind FEEL THE REIGN. Look for him chiming in.

SELECTIONS: BOMBADIER JUJON (6), ALE ALE KAI (1), OUR UNCLE JIM (4), HEZA BROMAC (8)
SUGGESTED BET: BOMBADIER JUJON (6) to win

RACE FOUR

KRAZE (7) started from the 10m tape here 3 runs back and hit the line in good order to be runner-up to ONE NIGHT OUT. In 2 runs since that win, he has been in a different league to his opponents with a pair of commanding wins, the latest a super win from the 30m tape. This looks at his mercy.

ORLANDO JOLT (4) should appreciate the front line in this contest following a smart win here on Tuesday from the 30m tape. With the right run over the closing stages, he was able to finish over the top of them to claim a smart win which had followed a tidy 2nd. He can challenge strongly in this.

ALADDIN SANE (6) started from a 20m impost last time out and after securing running line cover was best of the chasers behind GREAT FANTASY. Manners are the key to him featuring in this.

AVEROSS DON (1) did not have much go his way last start and after being cramped then never saw open space to make a challenge yet was still only 4m from the winner. He can feature from the inside lane.

SELECTIONS: KRAZE (7), ORLANDO JOLT (4), ALADDIN SANE (6), AVEROSS DON (1)
SUGGESTED BET: KRAZE (7) to win

RACE FIVE

BEEJAYS DELIGHT (6) has the wide gate to negotiate but with the right slice of fortune, this would be well within reach. Gunned down last start after setting the tempo, he held on for the silver behind BARKWAY ARNOLD. Chiming in for the bronze here 4 starts back, he can look to take his chance.

A ROCKNROLL LEGACY (9) was not suited from inside the 2nd line last start and soon found himself buried in the run and never in the mix. With a 1 in 3 top-three strike-rate here at The Creek, he can be looking to follow through to secure position and can challenge in a wide-open event.

GRINYDONTCHA (4) faded after settling in the pocket trail last start at Redcliffe which had followed a tidy 2nd here over the mile when trying to lead them all the way. If she can find the pegs first, she will give some cheek in front.

LITTLEDEE (5) was a winner here 4 runs back when sent forward from gate 4 to take control and then fight them off to claim a PB win. Midfield from a wide gate last start, she can be thereabouts here.

SELECTIONS: BEEJAYS DELIGHT (6), A ROCKNROLL LEGACY (9), GRINYDONTCHA (4), LITTLEDEE (5)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SIX

THE CASUAL GOOSE (4)
is approaching 12 months without a victory but should appreciate conditions here to chalk up his 1st win of the season. Striking some trouble and too far back in the pack last start, he was sound to the line 2 starts back and settling handy here can strike.

RANCHO MAN (1) started from gate 3 last time out at Marburg but soon found himself back in the pack and chasing in vain. Beaten a head the start prior from inside the 2nd line and never finding the space to offer, he lands the gate to capitalise on the options and will be throwing it down here.

IMA BIRUBI BOY (2) tackled the Goldstrike Final last start when buried in the run and never really getting the chance to make a play when midfield. An all the way winner 3 starts back, he can tuck in here.

NEWMERELLA LADYKAY (5) was a winner here 3 starts back when hustled off the gate to take control and once in front was never headed. The small field suits in making ground here.

SELECTIONS: THE CASUAL GOOSE (4), RANCHO MAN (1), IMA BIRUBI BOY (2), NEWMERELLA LADYKAY (5)
SUGGESTED BET: THE CASUAL GOOSE (4) to win

RACE SEVEN

BARKWAY ARNOLD (4)
was 1st up in Qld last time out when starting from the 2nd line at Marburg over the 1850m. Settling in the 1x1 trail, he had too much to offer in the closing stages when finishing over the top of them to claim the prize. A tough winner at Young 5 runs back, he can go back-to-back.

LIVING GRAND (2) lands his best gate for some time and has early speed to settle in a forward position here. Tackling a 2nd division qualifier last start, he worked hard in the run but was still giving when 7m from the winner. This is easier than recent assignments and with the good gate can challenge.

LITTLELIONELJAMES (7) set the speed after taking control from gate 4 here 2 runs back and after a sub 27 opening panel, was still kicking when beaten a half-head. Forgiving his last start, he can bounce back.
A RAINBOW DANCER (5) resumes from a spell to start her 3YO term after scoring a win and a place in 5 attempts as a 2YO. Leading throughout to open her account 2 starts back, she has not been seen at the trials.

SELECTIONS: BARKWAY ARNOLD (4), LIVING GRAND (2), LITTLELIONELJAMES (7), A RAINBOW DANCER (5)
SUGGESTED BET: BARKWAY ARNOLD (4) to win

RACE EIGHT

DOWN UNDER RORS (8)
was safely away here on Tuesday and was looking to take them all the way from the front tape over the 2138m. Leading deep into the stretch, it was only ORLANDO JOLT that was able to get past him. With the 2nd line options, he can look to go one better here.

GUNNER (5) steps out in Qld for the 1st time and arrives with 1 win next to his name. Last seen over the Menangle mile when midfield, he trialled from the tapes here on Tuesday. Making a mess of the start, he chased hard and made good ground to the wire. The mobile conditions here suit.

ILLAWONG BUZZ (1) has plenty of convictions, but last start was able to make amends when rolling out in front at Marburg and breaking the maiden tag in style with a 26m margin. He will have the confidence.

NORAHS FLING (4) was back in the pack last start at Marburg and held on for the bronze behind the big winner ILLAWONG BUZZ. With a tidy record from the mobile, she is in the mix here.

SELECTIONS: DOWN UNDER RORS (8), GUNNER (5), ILLAWONG BUZZ (1), NORAHS FLING (4)
SUGGESTED BET: DOWN UNDER RORS (8) to win
