RACE TWO

LETHAL PROMISE (4) added another placing to his tally here last week to make it 11 straight top 3 finishes. Starting from the 2nd line he was wide for a good portion in getting within 5m of the winner UNASSUMING CHAMP. He can roll forward here and look to worry them out of the prize.

OUR PEPPERJACK (1) couldn’t muster the speed to lead here last week and found running line cover when 3m from the winner ARBIT MAJOR. With the benefit of the inside line he can look to drive through and with the options can be in the money.

THE NEXT STAR (7) will be sweating on the 1 holding top to avoid being pushed a further spot back along the markers. She found her race last start and from the front controlled the tempo to score. Just needs some luck.

BIG BEAT (8) started from gate 6 last time out when working home in the closing stages to a mid-field finish. Finding early cover he can look to chime into the exotics.

SELECTIONS: LETHAL PROMISE (4), OUR PEPPERJACK (1), THE NEXT STAR (7), BIG BEAT (8)
SUGGESTED BET: LETHAL PROMISE (4) to win

RACE THREE

ALLNIGHT MLADY (2) worked hard in the run at AP last start from gate 2 when cutting the breeze and trying to fight on. Holding on for 3rd behind ZALTA, the effort was solid and with the speed to look to find the pegs 1st she can dictate.

DEADLY ROCKER (4) did his share of work last start with the early burn taking its toll. That followed a nice effort when pressing forward from gate 5 and working in the run over the 1780m trip and finishing 2m from the winner REGAL NIGHTSHADE. He can throw down the challenge.

BLUE EYED CREATION (9) returns from a spell without the benefit of a trial. Last prep he was consistent with a top 3 in 7 of 9 starts, including 2 victories. He will benefit from whatever he achieves here.

REAL KNUCKY (8) has been in the money at his past 4 starts with the past 3 of those from the 2nd line. Only 2m from the winner THE NEXT STAR last start, he can trail through early and is in the mix.

SELECTIONS: ALLNIGHT MLADY (2), DEADLY ROCKER (4), BLUE EYED CREATION (9), REAL KNUCKY (8)
SUGGESTED BET: ALLNIGHT MLADY (2) to win

RACE FOUR

SAMS A CHAMP (1)
pressed forward to take control from gate 3 in his heat of this series and once assuming control packed too many guns in running away for a 9m victory. That followed some tidy runs at AP from tough gates and with the options here can look to cap a great season on the triangle.

BELLS BEACH HOUSE (3) was 2nd up from a break in the heats here last week and once finding the front controlled the tempo including a slick 27.8 3rd panel in holding on for a 4m victory. If he can limit the early burn, he will give this a shake.

WESTERN BLAZE (8) does his best work when locked away on the pegs and saved for a closing shot. He looks to get conditions to suit here and with a strong tempo looking on offer, he will be probing for the runs

SELECTIONS: SAMS A CHAMP (1), BELLS BEACH HOUSE (3), WESTERN BLAZE (8)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-3-8-10

RACE FIVE

MAJOR GENERALJUJON (8) had plenty of luck in his heat when able to punch through to take up the running after the leader went off-stride at the 1st turn. Once able to assume control he was never in danger to score a 10m victory. Finding the line nicely 2 starts back, he can land an open contest.

DAPPER BESSIE (1) has good early speed and can look to capitalise on the good alley here. She worked home in good order in the heat run and 2 starts back fought hard to the line after getting very keen in front. Lighting the lamps here she will be gripping on in the stretch.

ITSMEGS (9) was only 4m from LAUGHING EMOJI 2 starts back when returning from a spell and then used the passing lane to score a tidy heat win. With 3 wins from 6 attempts here on the trinagle she will be charging late.

ADRIFT (6) did his share of work in the heat when cutting the breeze outside MAJOR GENERALJUJON and fighting hard to the line to hold 2nd. Runner-up his past 3 starts, he is right in the fight again.

SELECTIONS: MAJOR GENERALJUJON (8), DAPPER BESSIE (1), ITSMEGS (9), ADRIFT (6)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-6-8-9

RACE SIX

MOONLIGHT JACK (9)
is warming up towards a victory and despite a tricky barrier to overcome here is worth a shot at the stumps. Last time from gate 7 at AP he was stuck looking for position and snagged back to get in and finished nicely behind TOO GOOD FOR YOU. With even luck he can take this.

JENUFLECTION (8) will be 1st up for her 3YO term after she was last sighted winning her 2YO maiden 12 months ago. Showing promise in her 2YO season when finishing top 3 at all 6 starts, her lone trial was a nice effort. If forward enough she is right up to taking this.

BETTERTHAN TORQUE (3) has been mid-field at her past 5 starts, the past 2 rom 2nd line gates. Her run 3 starts back from gate 1 was a tidy effort behind MACHITELLI and she gets her chance.

WHATA STRIDE (1) worked hard in the run last start from gate 4 and the effort told when she faded out in the closing stages. With the benefit of the ace gate she can be sharper.

SELECTIONS: MOONLIGHT JACK (9), JENUFLECTION (8), BETTERTHAN TORQUE (3), WHATA STRIDE (1)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SEVEN

MIRACLESDOAPPEN (2) was sent forward from the 2nd line last start and moving around to the breeze the effort took its toll. She had excuses when only going under a half-head when looking to take them all the way here 2 starts back and she will get her shot here.

ANNAS BEST (7) worked around them here 2 starts back and finding the front was trying to grip on when beaten 3m. With the cosy trail she will be needing some luck to spot an opening but with the gaps opening at the right time she is some chance.

FLASHING GOOD TIME (8) can look to follow through in the early stages to settle handy. Placed in 3 of her past 4 starts, her run 2 back was a nice effort in making ground. Can podium again here.

ONE MANS PASS (6) gets back into the draw following some barrier indiscretions but gets served up the wide gate anyways.  This looks an easier assignment and despite the gate he has rough claims.

SELECTIONS: MIRACLESDOAPPEN (2), ANNAS BEST (7), FLASHING GOOD TIME (8), ONE MANS PASS (6)
SUGGESTED BET: MIRACLESDOAPPEN (2) to win

RACE EIGHT

BETTOR WATCH HIM (3)
pressed on to find the front at Marburg 2 starts back and once in control was never in danger, cruising home to a big win. Declared a no-runner after being denied a fair start last run at Kilcoy, his run was still a big effort and he can make amends here.

BUKTHSYSTEM (9) was the benefit of an inspired steer last week when set alight in the middle stages to find the front and then skip clear to a big 23m victory. He lands the tough alley once again and while he may not get away with the same tactics, he is in the mix.

CLASSYTOFF (1) has good early speed and from the ace can look to make the most of her chances. Her last start was a much sharper effort since arriving in Qld when looking to take them all the way and only grabbed in the closing stages.

THE DREAM MAKER (7) will get the cosy trip here and be coiled and ready to strike when the gaps open. Too far back last start, she hit the line in good order 2 back when only beaten a head and can be charging.

SELECTIONS: BETTOR WATCH HIM (3), BUKTHSYSTEM (9), CLASSYTOFF (1), THE DREAM MAKER (7)
SUGGESTED BET: BETTOR WATCH HIM (3) to win

RACE NINE

PAY ME INTEREST (7)
will be sweating on the 1 holding up and if that scenario eventuates she will be ready to take the closing shot. Doing her best work in the closing stages last start she ran into 3rd behind MALONE at AP. After 4 runs in Qld she is closing in on a win.

ARCH EMPRESS (4) was runner-up here 2 starts back from the pocket trail and going within a head of the winner JUST JOSHIN. Not suited when doing the hard-yards last start, she can be sharper here.

DONOMOOR (8) raced tough when 2nd at Marburg 3 starts back and hasn’t been too far away in his 2 runs since. Settling close up here, he can chime into the money.

SELECTIONS: PAY ME INTEREST (7), ARCH EMPRESS (4), DONOMOOR (8)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE TEN

BETTOR BECAUSE (5)
probably gets her last chance at a 2YO win with the season coming to a close. Last start looked her chance for the elusive win and leading them deep into the stretch was worried out of it which allowed REGALIA to grab the win up the passing lane. She will go close again.

TIMSTAR (4) is on the short back-up from Tues afternoon looking to snare the 2YO bonus win. He did the hard yards 2 starts bac when cutting the breeze from gate 5 and fighting on gamely. The small field works in his favour and if getting through his Tues run he can throw down a big challenge.

FEELING FABULOUS (3) will take benefit from her latest outing when returning from a 7 week break which followed a similar gap between runs. Her latest run was a solid improvement on previous outings and she has podium hopes.

SELECTIONS: BETTOR BECAUSE (5), TIMSTAR (4), FEELING FABULOUS (3)
SUGGESTED BET:
