RACE TWO

ITS JUST KENNY (8) was a long way back in the pack last start and was finding the line in good style to finish 8m from the winner NUI TOC TIEN. Taking good benefit from that run after 7 weeks between runs, he will be in the striking spot and ready to take his shot.

CIRCLE LINE (1) claimed a strong Marburg win last start when finding the spot behind the leader and then sprinting sharply when the space arrived. 2 starts back he was hitting the line strongly after snagging back from gate 6 and with the benefit of gate 1 will be trying to hold on.

OUR CHITTYBANGBANG (4) speared out from gate 5 last start and looked to go all the way, setting a strong tempo before fading late. Fitter for the run following a let-up, he will be right in the fight.

BET IM SPECIAL (2) was buried away on the pegs last start at Redcliffe when looking for gaps to sprint late. He found the line nicely 2 starts back and from the gate can settle handy with place claims.

SELECTIONS: ITS JUST KENNY (8), CIRCLE LINE (1), OUR CHITTYBANGBANG (4), BET IM SPECIAL (2)
SUGGESTED BET: ITS JUST KENNY (8) to win

RACE THREE

LISA LINCOLN (1) showed the benefit of her 1st up run when winning over the mile 2nd up last time out. Sent to the front from gate 5 she was never in danger after a 2nd stanza breather and was able to rip home for a nice win. Fitter again and with the benefit of the gate, she looks hard to stop.

LINCOLN ROAD (10) cashed-in for his 1st win in Qld last start when sent forward early to find the breeze after starting from the 2nd line. His closing 800m was solid over the Redcliffe 2040m trip and was a good reward for some handy performances since arriving. He can throw down the challenge.

MAJORDOIT (8) worked hard in the run when resuming from a break and held on to claim the silver in a Redcliffe heat. In the final he again was forced to work and with a soft trip here can podium.

SOMWHEREOVARAINBOW (2) was 1st up in the Members Cup back on Dec 1 when snagged back to find position and was a long way back. Fitter for the outing he can look to capitalise on the good gate.

SELECTIONS: LISA LINCOLN (1), LINCOLN ROAD (10), MAJORDOIT (8), SOMWHEREOVARAINBOW (2)
SUGGESTED BET: LISA LINCOLN (1) to win

RACE FOUR

CHARMING MAJOR (8)
will need a few factors to go his way here, but if they all fall into place he looks well positioned to complete a hat-trick of victories. Both wins have come when leading all the way with the latest on Monday a comfortable effort over the 2138m. Just needs the breaks to take this.

JUSTALITTLE TORQUE (1) will strip fitter from her latest start when returning from a break and from back in the pack was trying to chase behind LIS LINCOLN. A winner when swooping from back in the pack at her last start before heading for a break, she gets all the options from the gate here.

PAY ME INTEREST (2) started from the 2nd line last start and was finding the line in good style behind LISA LINCOLN. Snagged back from gate 5 here 2 starts back she can settle handy and has place claims.

TAKITIMU EXPRESS (4) made the most of a cheap run in transit last start and when the passing lane arrived sprinted sharply to go past the leader and post an 8m margin. He will be right in the mix.

SELECTIONS: CHARMING MAJOR (8), JUSTALITTLE TORQUE (1), PAY ME INTEREST (2), TAKITIMU EXPRESS (4)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-2-4-8

RACE FIVE

GOALKICKER (4) settled in the running line from a 2nd line gate here on Mon over the mile and was working home in good order when finishing 3rd. Her run 2 starts back was a solid effort when finding the line in good sectionals and with the return to the front line can make the most of her chances.

TUESDAYS FELLA (1) settled off the pace in a Redcliffe heat 2 starts back and worked home strongly to claim the win in good style. Luckless in the final when unable to find position from gate 4, the effort still had merit and with the benefit of gate 1 can be right in the action here.

PINUP BOY (3) will strip fitter from his latest outing when stepping out as a 4YO for the 1st time. Doing plenty of work in the early stages to find the breeze his condition faded. Look for a sharper effort here.

ONE OFF (5) never had a crack at them last start when buried in the run at Redcliffe and never a factor. He took them all the way the start prior and with even luck will be in the mix here.

SELECTIONS:
GOALKICKER (4), TUESDAYS FELLA (1), PINUP BOY (3), ONE OFF (5)
SUGGESTED BET: GOALKICKER (4) to win

RACE SIX

JOSSIE JAMES (9)
returned from a spell in fine fettle with a 1st up win when working home strongly from a 2nd line draw to go past them for a big 13m win. Forget her 2nd up run as she was back to her best on Monday when 3rd up and looked to be coasting to the line to score. She looks set to repeat.

GOTTA GOOD REASON (10) started from gate 10 over the Redcliffe sprint trip 2 starts back and was wide off the track when finding the line strongly to score. He did some early work last start when only 1.5m from the winner SOMEMONDOSOMEWHERE in a qualifier and will be right in the fight.

MAGOOGAN (1) looked to have found his race to resurrect some form in here 2 starts back and after starting fav set a solid tempo but couldn’t finish them off. The distance is the query but gate 1 helps.

JUMPING JOLT (5) was a Marburg winner 3 starts back when making his Qld debut and putting them away in good style. Beaten by wide gates his past 2 starts he can look to find the podium here.

SELECTIONS: JOSSIE JAMES (9), GOTTA GOOD REASON (10), MAGOOGAN (1), JUMPING JOLT (5)
SUGGESTED BET: JOSSIE JAMES (9) to win

RACE SEVEN

MONTANA CHIEF (1) was taking a while to put the racing caper and then the penny dropped and he has scored 3 wins in his past 4 starts. Working away from the inside in the early stages last start he worked home over the top to score in good fashion. With the options from the gate he gets every chance.

TAXI METER (8) scored when 2nd up here over the mile 2 starts back after spearing out from gate 5 to find the pegs and then take control. He did plenty of work in the run last start when facing the breeze and with a soft trip here will be coiled and ready to strike.

REGAL ROCK (6) resumes to start his 4YO term after a solid 3YO season that netted 5 wins. He was after a hat-trick of wins at his last run of the season when 10m from LAUGHING EMOJI. With 2 trials to sharpen for his return he can place.

MISS BLUE GLORY (9) is a 2 start filly making her Aus debut for Alistair Barnes. A winner on debut back in Aug at Cambridge, she has looked good trialling in readiness for the return and stays under watch.

SELECTIONS: MONTANA CHIEF (1), TAXI METER (8), REGAL ROCK (6), MISS BLUE GLORY (9)
SUGGESTED BET: MONTANA CHIEF (1) to win

RACE EIGHT

ALWAYS AT NIGHT (3)
started fav here 3 starts back from gate 4 and was working home in good order to get within 5m of the winner. Not suited at his past 2 starts when unable to find position, he looks to get his chance in this line-up and can capitalise on the open nature of this contest.

MANWITHTHEESKI (1) returns to the main draw after being excluded for poor manners and the improved gate is a huge plus. He found the line nicely last start at Marburg and his run there 3 starts back was a tidy effort when grabbed in the closing stages. With the options he can feature.

REGAL NIGHTSHADE (2) worked in the breeze over the mile 2 starts back and faded in the closing stages. In front with 75m to go last start he as grabbed late and he will be gripping on again here.

CALL ME YOURS (9) sat in the pocket trail here on Monday and was getting to the leader and went within a half-head of victory. Trailing through early to find position here she has podium claims.

SELECTIONS: ALWAYS AT NIGHT (3), MANWITHTHEESKI (1), REGAL NIGHTSHADE (2), CALL ME YOURS (9)
SUGGESTED BET: ALWAYS AT NIGHT (3) to win

RACE NINE

GHENT (9)
scored in a similar type contest on Monday after starting from this same tape. Stepping cleanly he went straight to the front after 700m and once he took control kept an even tempo to claim a 2m victory. Getting to the front are a big key to his chances and with a safe start he can look to repeat.

NORTHERN MUSCLE (12) resumes from a let-up after his latest run saw him fade in the closing stages after starting as fav. A winner at his 4 previous starts in succession including his 1st win from the mobile, he can look to get into the contest and will be fighting all the way.

HAVANA MAGIC (3) has placed her past 2 starts with the latest when only 2m from the winner GHENT. She found the line in good style the start prior behind NORAHS FLING and has place hopes.

IVANOV (14) has the big handicap to overcome yet with his brilliant starting manners he can look to make light work of the impost. 2nd in a DJA heat here 2 starts back he can be in the mix.

SELECTIONS: GHENT (9), NORTHERN MUSCLE (12), HAVANA MAGIC (3), IVANOV (14)
SUGGESTED BET:
