RACE TWO

SHEZA GALVINATOR (3) will be further tightened from her latest start when attacking the line strongly in nice closing sections to get within 1m of the winner CHERRYS THE BEST. That followed a tough run 2nd up off the 2nd line when beaten a head and from the gate she gets her chance.

MAJORESS JUJON (1) started from inside the 2nd line last start but came away from the fence and was hitting the line in good order to grab the bronze when only beaten a head. With the options from the gate she will get a great run in transit and will be in the mix.

SANTASTIC PRINCESS (7) has started 4 times since resuming from a spell and been in the money 3 of the 4 times. Last start she went within a half-neck of victory and with a cosy trip here can place.

GROOVY MISS ANNIE (2) led them up last start from gate 2 when looking to take them all the way and only faded the closing stages to be 3m from the winner. From the good gate she can feature.

SELECTIONS: SHEZA GALVINATOR (3), MAJORESS JUJON (1), SANTASTIC PRINCESS (7), GROOVY MISS ANNIE (2)
SUGGESTED BET: SHEZA GALVINATOR (3) to win

RACE THREE

MY MAGIC MERLIN (6) lands another tough gate but he might just have enough of an edge on his opponents to take this open contest. Rolling forward to the breeze from this same alley last start he was fighting all the way when beaten a head. He will need to be working again but is worth a chance.

GIGANTIC JASPER (5) was sent forward from the 2nd line last start and did his share of work in the run when just fading out late. The start prior he was locked away on the pegs in the run and with even luck in transit in this he can look to break the maiden tag.

ALL MADNESS (2) resumes from a spell without a public trial after a 5 start prep last time he was at the track. He can look to be 1st to the pegs and from there has options to find the podium.

HALF MOON BEACH (9) will be lining up for his 3rd career start and will get to chase for the 1st time after setting the speed at his 1st 2 starts. With the right cart into the contest he can be an improver.

SELECTIONS: MY MAGIC MERLIN (6), GIGANTIC JASPER (5), ALL MADNESS (2), HALF MOON BEACH (9)
SUGGESTED BET: MY MAGIC MERLIN (6) to win

RACE FOUR

FAKEROCKNROLL (4)
started from inside the 2nd line at Tamworth last start and went within a head of victory. That followed a tough run in transit the start prior and 5 starts back he was strong from the breeze at Armidale when beaten a half-head. Sent forward he looks the testing material.

ULTIMATE AD (2) is a better performer when near the front and from gate 2 he gets conditions to suit. He led throughout from gate 4 at Armidale 5 starts back and followed that with a win at that same track after settling in the trail. Wide gates have beat him recently and this looks ideal.

OMINOUS FLYER (8) has placed in a  4 runs since returning from a break with the latest a tough effort from the breeze when holding on for 3rd. With the right trail through early he can feature.

PRETTYCOMPACT (1) found the position behind the leader from gate 2 last start and with the easy trip was able to grab the bronze. Breaking her maiden 2 starts back she will get another cosy run.

SELECTIONS: FAKEROCKNROLL (4), ULTIMATE AD (2), OMINOUS FLYER (8), PRETTYCOMPACT (1)
SUGGESTED BET: Flexi trifecta 1-2-4-8

RACE FIVE

MICKEE CULLEN (9) will strip fitter from his latest outing when 2nd up from a spell. Starting from gate 6 he slid back to find position and was hitting the line in good order when 8m from the winner. Buried in the run at his return, he has no favours from the gate but all the power look off the back.

MONTEREY JACK (8) was luckless last start when caught wide trying to find position and had to be snagged back. Settling a long way ack he then found the line in good order in a run that had merit. His efforts of late have been aganst stronger opponents and he looks to be right in the fight here.

ALWAYS A JEWEL (4) was sent forward from this gate 2 starts back over the 2040m and the early work took its toll. She might just have the speed to find the pegs here which would be a big plus.

MAJOR TRALEE (10) started from gate 3 last start and was having an early look and created the space to drop into the trail and was then within 2m of the winner in a blanket finish. He can place.

SELECTIONS: MICKEE CULLEN (9), MONTEREY JACK (8), ALWAYS A JEWEL (4), MAJOR TRALEE (10)
SUGGESTED BET: MONTEREY JACK (8) each-way

RACE SIX

CUPCAKESNWHIPCREAM (1)
was last seen in the Triad Final when down the line behind the star SMART AS CAMM BE. Trialling in good order for her 3YO return at Menangle, she has good early speed and with the benefit of the ace gate can make her return to the track a winning one.

LIFES BLACK (3) held the front from gate 1 last start and after a pedestrian opening 800m turned it into a sprint home where he was worried out of it by CHERRYS THE BEST. Tough in the breeze from the 2nd line 2 starts back when 2nd up for the term, he will be right in the fight again here.

MISS MIA (10) found a nice position in transit from this gate last start and was working home nicely to be 3m from the passing lane winner SAINT KILDA BEACH. With an ounce of luck she can challenge.

SIGNORINA JUJON (9) has placed in both return runs for the term with the latest when doing the heavy lifting outside the leader and winner ROLL ONA RAINBOW. She won’t be too far away here.

SELECTIONS: CUPCAKESNWHIPCREAM (1), LIFES BLACK (3), MISS MIA (10), SIGNORINA JUJON (9)
SUGGESTED BET: CUPCAKESNWHIPCREAM (1) to win

RACE SEVEN

FLYING WINGARD (3) was 2nd up in Qld last start when buried in the run from inside the 2nd line and hitting the line strongly to grab the bronze behind TAKITIMU EXPRESS. His 1st up run was a tidy effort behind PACIFIC DRUMS and hustling hard to find the pegs he can look to take control here.

GOTOTHEMOON (5) has placed at his past 3 in succession with the latest effort behind the tear-away winner CHARMING MAJOR in slick time at AP. His previous 2 were from inside the 2nd line and from this gate can look to settle handy and throw down a challenge.

ARK TEAMO (8) tried to take them all the way last start and was grabbed late up the passing lane in holding on for 2nd. She found the line in good order 3 starts back and can be working home late here.

TRAIN WRECK (4) rolled forward to the breeze last start and was doing the hard yards when fighting hard to the line for the silver. An AP winner 3 starts back he can look to ask the questions.

SELECTIONS: FLYING WINGARD (3), GOTOTHEMOON (5), ARK TEAMO (8), TRAIN WRECK (4)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE EIGHT

SPONDOOLEY (10)
has been runner-up at his past 2 starts with the latest when beaten 10m behind ROCKNROLL EMMA but posting a 20m break back to the 3rd placed runner. He did some early work here 2 starts back and with plenty of time to balance up here can look to power home and break a long winless streak.

SPRINGFIELD SPIRIT (2) was 3rd behind SPONDOOLEY when chasing down the tear-away and was a long way back in the pack trying to make the chase. A winner here 2 starts back over the sprint trip after rolling forward from gate 4, he lands a handy gate and will be in the thick of the action.

PROJECTILE (1) was the runner-up here 2 starts back when working home wide off the track to run SPRINGFIELD SPIRIT to a half-head. He can secure a perfect trip here and be ready to challenge late.

BLUE EYED CREATION (4) was buried in the run last start and hit the line in good order to grab the bronze when 4m from the winner LETHAL PROMISE. He can find position and look to close late.

SELECTIONS: SPONDOOLEY (10), SPRINGFIELD SPIRIT (2), PROJECTILE (1), BLUE EYED CREATION (4)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-2-4-10

RACE NINE

TIWANAKU (1)
has started 3 times since returning from a spell and faced a pair of 2nd line gates and gate 5 at his latest outing. His return run behind SIR JUIAM in a qualifier was a tidy effort and followed a pair of all the way victories over this trip prior to his break. With conditions to suit he can strike.

BEEF CITY BLAZE (7) had a look for the front last start and was then forced to face the breeze which isn’t his preferred position in the run. 3 starts back over the AP 2138m he was in the pocket trail when holding 2nd to WERELIVINGTHEDREAM and with the cosy trip here will be ready to strike.

ELLIOTT BROMAC (4) was strong in the run here 2 starts back and scored a tough win over the 2040m trip when rating good time. Only beaten a head at his next start he has been freshened and can feature.

CONDAFEW (8) wasn’t far away at Tamworth last start after doing some early work and that followed a nice effort in a qualifier behind SPORTS BOUNTY. With a peg run an option he has podium claims.

SELECTIONS: TIWANAKU (1), BEEF CITY BLAZE (7), ELLIOTT BROMAC (4), CONDAFEW (8)
SUGGESTED BET: TIWANAKU (1) to win
