Racing Queensland advises that the Rockhampton greyhound meeting on Wednesday 13 January 2021 will have a slightly later start time due to the Rockhampton gallops meeting at the same venue on the same day.
The last gallops race is scheduled at 4.04pm with the first greyhound race scheduled to commence at 7.00pm QLD.
QRIC Stewards have approved a 45-minute kennelling window for this meeting with the kennels opening at 5.30pm and closing at 6.15pm.
Trainers arriving at the track well before kennelling will be asked to wait in the parkland area to the southside of the horse stables until the gallops meeting has concluded.
Both the Rockhampton Greyhound Club and the Rockhampton Jockey Club will have staff present at the track between 4pm and 6pm to manage the transition between race meetings.
