Last start Gr.1 winner Goodtime Heaven is chasing further feature race glory.

Fresh from her success yesterday (Sunday) in the $150,000 NSW Breeders Challenge 3yo Fillies Final at TABCORP Park, Menangle, connections are now switching their focus on the Gr.2 $75,540 AQWA Constructions Queensland Oaks at Albion Park on Saturday week, July 14.

Prepared by Courtney Slater at Elliminyt, the Rock N Roll Heaven – Bella Joy filly covered the 1609m feature in 1:52.1 defeating Molly Kelly and Callmequeenbee.

The mile was covered in splits of 27.6, 29.3, 27.9 and 27.3 seconds.

“It’s our next step, we’ve headed back home and then we’ll head to Brisbane next week in readiness for the Oaks, we’re absolutely thrilled with the way she is performing.” Slater declared.

Boasting 9 wins from her 12 starts to date, Goodtime Heaven has quickly gained rave reviews from seasoned followers with many rating her very highly.

The standout filly this season is Shez All Rock, a winner of the NSW, Victorian and New Zealand Oaks plus the Jewels at her most recent start while a Breeders Crown campaign beckons.

But Goodtime Heaven looms as a top notch filly in the making.

“Connections have been rewarded for their patience, she’s absolutely flying and is a very serious horse in the making,” Regular driver Glen Craven said.

“It was a very strong win because it wasn’t handed to her by any stretch, they made her earn it but her class and toughness stood tall.” He added.

The Queensland Oaks will be staged over 2138m and the local fillies will offer strong resistance headlined by the likes of Fame Assured and Aqua Miss while last start Redcliffe Oaks winner Sociable will be strongly respected.
